"[Member Name Removed] – I am the one you spoke to in the Eagan store at 4:00 pm on Friday 12/4. I’m sorry you are having issues with your fireplace after we serviced it in November. We absolutely stand behind our work and always will. There seems to be some confusion regarding scheduling your return trip. After you left the Eagan store I contacted our Service Manager Chris. Chris called you back within 40 minutes of you leaving the store at the phone number you provided me. He had a service tech ready to go to your home that same day, but never received a call back from the voicemail he had left you. We then scheduled your return trip on Saturday 12/5 for the following Saturday 12/12. On Sunday 12/6 you had left Chris a voicemail that something may have been wrong with your phone and you just received his voicemail from Friday 12/4 on Sunday. Again I’m sorry a return trip is needed, but we did everything we could to get this taken care of immediately for you. If you want to discuss this further please call me at the Eagan store.
