In early September 2022, I experienced extensive water damage under my sink that extended into the living room. After the cleanup, three restoration companies did follow through with the repair. I met with Kimberly Lacy-Lightford in March 2023. I decided to upgrade the kitchen. Kimberly brought samples of tile, backsplash, paint and hardwood for me to choose from. Her construction team upgraded my 23 year old kitchen and placed new hardwood flooring in the living room and hallway. They were very professional. I am very satisfied with the project. I was introduced to Firesign Design Building by the Real Estate Agent that helped my Mom transition from NC to GA. She came highly recommended. Firesign Design Building LLC & Kimberly provided excellent professional services from the beginning - over a span of 2 years (the present). Kim was very communicative and patient with my Mom as we worked through many layers of moving my Mom from NC to Georgia while having my daughter manage the home projects. As a child, I was at peace with Kim leading the project for my Mom as she made sure to include me in all communications and decisions for the project. Kim delivered and over delivered on the deliverables as she was intentional to be equitable and fair. She listened and gave suggestions to enhance the project while being cost effective. The hardwood floors, master bath renovation, and other small task were completed a bit behind the timeline, but with great care and quality. On move in day, Kim was present to ensure that the lovers didn’t damage any of the work done through the project. Two years later, an issue arose, and Kim swung into action with Firesign contractors and made sure the issue was fixed. I am grateful to have been able to work with an upright and ethical contractor, not to mention, a WOMAN! I would recommend Firesign Design Building LLC without hesitation for small and large home improvement projects.
