When I posted the job request on Angie’s List, Shawn (the owner of the company) responded within minutes The other companies, the BIG GARAGE DOOR COMPANIES didn’t bother responding, -at all. My experience with these BIG companies over the years has been that they act like they are doing you a favor, setting up an appointment and showing up. They don’t need your business. Shawn, arrived on time, inspected our 22 year old garage door opener and clearly explained our options. As I expected, it didn’t make sense to repair the old garage door opener. We installed a new garage door opener and it has worked flawlessly since installed. I am pleasantly surprised at how smooth and quiet my new garage door opener is. Also, the additional lighting it provides in my garage nicely lights up the area where my tools and work area is.

Shawn was friendly, prompt, and professional. He got the job done within 2 hours of arriving.

Shawn got in touch with me right away. (It was an emergency, my door broke, almost falling on my car.) He was out that very afternoon to look at it and gave us a a quote for exactly what we needed. He did not try to sell us something more than what we needed. I appreciate that very much! A day turn around time and my, better that before, garage door was professionally installed by Shawn himself and he would not leave until it was installed to his liking. (snug seal, lubricated springs, etc.) He is a small business owner with excellent morals and values wanting to give his customers the best value for their time and money. When we need to have our garage door opener replaced we will be going to him! I'll be recommending him to all my friends instead of 'the larger company' who treated me just like another sale and disregarded the fact it was an emergency for me. Thank you Shawn!

It went absolutely fantastic. He was on it I was referred to them buy a friend and Shawn the owner came out the same day I called and gave me a written estimate at a great rate compared to other companies that I spoke with. He returned the next day at the exact time he said he would be. He was quick and he had both openers installed and the doors were leveled out. He had everything done within 2 hours and added safety sensors which he added new wires. He even swept up my garage before he left and it was cleaner after he left than before he came. I never had anyone do things like this before which was so great to me. He used top of the line garage door openers and that was at my price point, he had other options available and he met my needs perfectly with what he had to offer.

Very happy. Existing garage door openers were very old when I bought the house. We have double garage doors, so needed two new ones. He installed sensor so garage door will not come down if kids/dog/random stuff gets in the way. Really like the key pad, and he helped program door to my car's button. Everything was done in one day. Good value for price. Recommending to other neighbors too!

Shawn did a prompt and professional job in diagnosing and repairing my garage door springs as well as installing a new garage door opener. He was easy to communicate with and did not try to sell me something I didn't need!! He installs only Guardian brand openers which have a more powerful and quieter motor than most residential quality openers, at a better price than the big boys! He also only uses garage door parts made here in the USA!! I also like to support local contractors and Shawn was top notch, highly recommended!
