First class cleaners is extremely thorough and professional in all her work. She always leaves our home feeling and smelling incredibly clean. Not only does she target the areas we request, but she notices the small things. And it makes such a huge difference. She comes in and takes care of everything professionally and smoothly & in such a amazing way that my family and I are 100% worry free, which to me, is the biggest bonus of all. As well, she is respectful of not just our home, but our pets as well. We have an elderly dog that is treated very sweetly and kindly. The home is left so tidy and clean, it feels like a brand new space. First class cleaners really transforms our home, we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and kindness!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Absolutely awful experience. Paid 435$ for the most subpar experience ever. The cleaner who came out was by herself for a 3 br/2 ba house and finished her "deep clean" in 5 hrs. The walls weren't cleaned as I asked so she wiped a couple and then left. When I called the company because she hadn't cleaned nearly anything at all they sent her back out where she was here for an hour before leaving again. The company states they provide no refunds whatsoever even after agreeing that her work looked awful. Their only solution was sending someone else out but after all that back and forth who in their right mind would trust them to do anything else. Worst experience ever and I would suggest any new customers to steer clear. You can do a better job yourself. I wish I could upload photos for people to see how awful the clean truly was.

We offered to send the owner of the company out, but you stated you were not interested in that and that you were going to have friends do it. We were also made aware that you and your husband were being hostile towards our employee and she was instructed to leave due to her, not feeling safe we have tried to correct the issues at hand however, you have refused everything we have offered"

The specific things I asked to be cleaned were not cleaned, something as basic as all floors not even being swept. I emailed the company to see if we could come up with a resolution and I never got a reply.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, Laurie was a no show. She is very unprofessional. Would never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service. Does not honor commitments. Stay away if you do not want to be disappointed. John G

Per our policy due to lack of communication and lack of the ability to confirm the appointment we had to cancel your appointment. In this specific case, we made six attempts to contact you all which failed to make contact. Due to our policy, if we are unable to confirm an appointment, it will be canceled."

Laurie is an absolute lifesaver! She helped me when I was freshly postpartum and completely overwhelmed, especially with no help from my husband at the time. She went above and beyond—not only leaving my home spotless, but also being incredibly mindful and sanitized since I had newborns in the house. She even took care of extra things like laundry and dishes so I didn’t feel buried under everything. On top of all that, she kept me such good company during a time when I really needed it. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care meant the world to me. I can’t recommend her enough!
