Working with Shaun was extremely smooth. His response time with emails and phone calls were in a timely manner. He kept me up-to-date when the movers would be arriving at my home.
The two movers we had, Jake & Devon, were fantastic. They put down runners to walk in the house and padding on doorways and railings to prevent scratches or damage to these areas.
The movers worked hard to load and unload the house in a timely manner.
This is my 21st move and I've had professional movers in the past but First Class Moving & Removal is the best I've ever had move my belongings.

Movers were very polite and professional. We required some packing, truck loading and repositioning of big heavy furniture. The guys did everything we needed as requested. On time etc all was better than anticipated.

I would highly recommend First Class Moving &Removal . Shaun contacted me promptly after I left a message and was friendly and understanding regarding my situation.
He and AJ did an amazing job taking such care to protect the dining set all while explaining it along the way.
The house itself was difficult to move smaller pieces let alone larger pieces but Shaun and AJ worked so well together and made it look effortless!
Once we got to the other house they saw we struggled to move a piece out of the way and they didn’t hesitate to take right over.
I can’t thank them enough for the quality service, friendliness, and reasonable rates.

We recently hired First Class Moving to move a dining room set. This furniture has been in the family for over 60 years and is filled with a lifetime of happy memories. Shaun and AJ understood how much this set meant to us, and carefully wrapped and moved each piece. Not only were they professional and courteous, they also moved 2 additional items for us.
I would definitely hire First Class again and would recommend them to anyone. A truly positive experience.

In a word, Fantastic!
From the time we started talking to Shaun to the day of the move. Our closing date was moved three times, Shaun felt for us and was very honest with what he could and couldn't do. He was supportive and did everything he could to help us. The day of the move the guys that came to the house were polite and personable. If you have dogs, don't worry, these guys will greet them with smiles and pets and ensure their safety with a huge truck and dollies everywhere. They also took care of both houses with pads on the corners and anything else needed to get the job done safely and quickly.
On a very practical side, I found their pricing to be upfront, transparent and reasonable!
I would recommend First Class Moving to anyone who is moving!
