It started off good then he started bringing his kids, was on the phone with his wife, and missing work days. I paid him, called him numerous times with no answer and texting him gets no reply. No response to this day .

Excellent service provided. Vincent was professional, prompt, and did and excellent job removing the snow from the driveway. He took his time and clear the snow from around the perimeter of the vehicles, and even salted the driveway. I highly recommend this company. I would definitely hire them again.

I cannot say enough great things about First Class Property Management and Vincent. Vincent is prompt in responding to service requests and is comparable if not better priced than other companies that I have dealt with. He will give you his honest opinion on a project and does not add on anything else just so he can charge more. One of the best part of working with Vincent is that he leaves your home probably cleaner that when he arrived. I am a single senior and I have found it hard to find a dependable person to do the jobs I need done in my home. Vincent is that person and I highly recommend him for any future projects big or small that you may have.

Vincent was Great, Responded very quickly and took care of the repairs we needed done at our Rentals . Did an amazing Job !! While he was on site he evaluated things around him and made some great suggestions to prevent any future Maintenance issues , Will definitely be using them at our other rentals :) Thank You Vince !!

First Class did a wonderful job with remodeling my kitchen I was referred to them by a long time family friend. I still call them for all my home improvement needs Vincent helped me stay within my budget and was very knowledgeable about what materials he was using and cost. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of home improvement whether it’s a small job or a big job they have treated us like family it has been a little over a year now since my kitchen was done and I haven’t had a problem.
