Very nice job.

A perfect job all around. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks, and it was 2 weeks and two days. Both and pickup and delivery (no charge) they were punctual. I have another desk chair that needed attention, and I had them take that one when my armchair was delivered. This was a rare, pleasant experience and outcome.

First Impression Furniture Repair & Refinishing did two super jobs for us! The first job was refinishing the top and two leaves of a dinning room table. They picked up the table at our home and took it to their shop to do the refinishing. When the table was returned, it was absolutely beautiful. As a matter of fact, the table looked even better than it did when we bought it. We were so impressed when they returned the dinning room table, that we then asked them if they could also refinish the top of a coffee table that also needed refinishing. They also did a great job on the coffee table. The two men who worked on our tables, Darrel Yates and Joe Kerce of First Impressions, were both highly professional craftsmen, and they were both highly skilled in their craft. In addition they were friendly, thourough, and very knowledgeable. Their prices were reasonable. We will happily use them in the future if we have furniture repair or refinishing. <br />

The job was picked up as scheduled. The turn around time was done in a timely manner for me to complete my work. <br /> Being in my business as an Upholstery Shop, it is nice to find quality businesses that share your ideas on quality and <br /> professionally done work. My wife and I ordered a new bed set online. Unfortunately, the headboard did suffer a small chip where some of the paint and shine had been stripped away. First Impressions agreed to come out at 10am on a Saturday. The person took a quick look, said he could fix the issue right then and there, and we could move forward. 30 minutes later and the headboard was looking fantastic. He also touched up a few other pieces of furniture with his "special" markers (just standard furniture markers) at no charge. Needless to say, we were very happy and will definitely use them again if needed. <br />
