First Impressions did a great job. The owner was professional and responsive throughout the process. Kept me abreast of how the weather and other jobs he was working would affect completing my patio. He and his crew were very cordial and did excellent work. First Impressions gave me a fair price and right on top of everything. Highly recommended for any concrete work.

I wanted to leave a review after working with Gary and the team at First Impressions Concrete. We absolutely love our patio and we were very impressed (pun intended) with the work and how quickly it came together! Our old deck was falling apart, and we knew we needed to upgrade. Gary was very helpful throughout the whole process in getting quotes, choosing our designs/colors, and eventually creating the patio. We have been looking forward to this for months since we are home so much and we can finally enjoy time with family and friends in the backyard! I would highly recommend First Impressions Concrete to anyone looking for concrete work - They were considerate throughout the process and were always very professional!

There were some delays due to COVID but Gary and his team really pulled through. He was super communicative the entire process, making sure each step of the way that what we had decided up front, still made sense, rather than just proceeding forward without asking us. Him and his crew took a lot of pride and put a lot of effort into their work, to make sure the end result was great. One of, if not the best contractor I've worked with.

The driveway looks great, it has been two years and no cracks. The crew was very professional.

Everything was great! Had a 17' x 17' concrete patio and an attached walkway around the back of the house poured and stamped by Gary and his crew. Good communication and work done by all. All the rain we had did delay the initial pour by a couple weeks, but Gary got it done and did a great job. I gave him the initial idea and general layout of what we wanted done, and then told him to do what seems best since hes the professional that has been doing for a long time. I will definitely be hiring again in a couple years when I'm able to do phase two of the project for driveway extension/garage slab. Thanks Gary!

Great job! Finished product was beautiful, looked just like the examples on their Facebook page. Site work was expertly done including removal of old deck debris, dealing with old concrete footers, concrete slab, etc. No problem for these experienced pros. Price was very much in line with other quotes we got, but First Impressions was professional, responsive and very easy to work with. Weather delayed the project significantly, but to me that means First Impressions is more interested in doing the job right than pouring when it's too cold, too wet, etc. We've already contracted with them for a driveway repair, so complete confidence in the work and would definitely recommend to others. Be patient, they're in high demand, but worth the wait.

I called First Impressions in the spring and I appreciated the fact that Mr Watts had right on his voice mail message that his firm was booked for most of the summer rather than wait until I was ready to hire him to tell me. When they did come in the autumn they were quite efficient and finished the job in a few days. I liked that Mr Watts was elbow deep every step of the way. There were a couple odd jobs I asked them to do while they were there and they accommodated me without complaint or extra charge.His crew cleaned up completely at the end of the job. The driveway and garage floor are beautiful. If I ever have need for concrete work again, i will definitely hire them.

I hired First Impressions Concrete to create a new decorative concrete patio in the backyard, a really big one. Plus I widened the walkway to the front door and had decorative concrete there too, in a cobblestone design. On top of that I had the entire driveway done, I have a side garage, so it’s a pretty big slab of concrete. First, let me say the the quality was first notch and the workmanship clearly shows, just look at the attached photos. They did everything textbook, with the proper leveling, compacting, reinforcement, and then a nice thick layer of concrete. So I have no doubt it will last a long time without cracks. But, just as important as the quality work, was the complete lack of frustration dealing with the company or Gary. From day one everything was spelled out clearly, no empty promises, no excuses, no time lines they knew they couldn't meet, and no having to chase them around to make sure they did a good job. They cleaned up everything after everyday of work, no coming home and having to clean up all the liter, water bottles, work debris. They took pride in their work, and respected my time and how hard I have to work to create a nice home. Gary, the owner, was on the job every single day and pretty much every hour. Not only making sure the work was done correctly, but actually doing the work correctly himself. As most home owners, and especially homeowners that do a lot of their own work, dealing with a company without the BS, the delays with ridiculous excuses, and the cornering cutting is alone worth the price of admission. Not to mention the mess they usually leave, it restored a little faith in humanity and I got some sweet looking concrete work. P.S. - Some sharp eyed readers may notice that the work was done in August time frame and I'm writing this in October, well I wanted to wait to make sure that I wasn't fooled again. But, I'm relieved to say that First Impression's work seems legit.

Gary and his team did a great job. We pulled out an old deck and decided on a patio to open up the yard. The hill made the project more difficult but Gary worked with us to come up with a good design for the location. The weather was not completely cooperative but again, Gary kept us updated on when the crew was going to be able to work. They protected the lawn from excessive damage and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We are very happy with the results.

Gary Watts replied promptly to my call, explained what was to be done and proceeded to give me an estimate for the job and when the job would be completed. First Impressions did a great job, with removal, replacement and cleanup, was not charged for the gutter drains since i mentioned angies list. I would definitely call this company again for needed work in the future.........If you need cement work give them a call.

First Impressions Concrete solved our drainage problem around the porch by pouring new concrete so that water runs away from the house. They replaced the old pre-cast porch steps with poured steps and a railing. Rather than trying to sell me a new sidewalk, Gary recommended that his crew dig up the damaged concrete and fill in the trench with dirt. The finished job looks great! They were reliable and did exactly what they promised to do. Very professional!

Gary and his crew did an outstanding job. His suggestions for colors was right on. You must be patient but well worth waiting for. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent work!

They did an awesome job. They showed up on-time and cleaned up after each day. Before leaving for the day they informed us of what they had accomplished and what the plan was for the next day. Gary (the owner) was around for all the work and was helping to do the work also. I would describe the work they do as an art and they are very good at it. Be sure to call early because I am sure they will continue to booked solid for years to come. The price that Gary quoted was the price we paid (no extra charges like some companies will do).

Gary did a wonderful job and keep in communication with me the whole time. The entire crew was polite and professional. I would highly recommend First Impressions for any concrete work.

Professional contractor. Did exactly what he said. After waiting for availability in his schedule, Gary and his crew was punctual, professional and met his deadline by two weeks. On budget. Would hire again.

Fantastic!!! We had our old deck removed last year (August 2016 -- sorry I'm just now getting to the review) and replaced it with a beautiful stamped concrete patio. Gary, who extremely down to earth with a no-pressure initial meeting and quote, was great and his crew came in and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. My only advice is to book early..super early...as they fill up quick, and rightfully so.

I was very happy with Gary and his guys. Before the job started he kept me appraised of the status for my start. They were punctual, professional and they did an excellent job on my new patio. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property in good shape. Gary and I made suggestions fir my landscaping around the area.

I Contacted First Impressions to give an estimate on a stamped patio. Gary was over within twenty four hours, was very professional & knowledgeable. I had two other estimates, but we were very impressed with what we saw regarding his stamped patios. He was there on time & work was done within two days. Everyone on our street stopped by to see the patio & were impressed. We will probably see him again soon, as other neighbors wanted his business card.

I called him in April, but he couldn't get to me until September. He was professional, reasonable and did great work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
