I was advised of the limited available space on her truck. However, I was not given the option to use the space available. 4 items were taken. One was a mattress..... I would have made out better contacting 311 bulk trash.....for free. No charge!!!!!! As I stated, I knew the space was limited but I was not given the option to use all the space available. Very disappointing experience.

They showed up as promised, did a great job, very personable and professional.

Two people showed up - "First Lady" and her son. She was only able to help with the loveseat (moving it from its location to the back door) so I had to help her son remove the two TVs and sofa. He wasn't well trained in "moving" furniture and slid the furniture across my floors - First Lady had to instruct him not to do that. Disappointed that I had to pay extra for the TV removal, yet had to do 50% of the work myself.

The were on time and were able to do the work quick and professilnally. Took less than a hour.

The owner came with a guy and she knew how to pack the truck, which was good. The bad part is I didn't realize that I only paid for a half load for a small truck, so I think it was overpriced. I ended up paying for a full load.

It worked out okay she took, it was limited what she would take so I had to pay a little bit extra for taking some extra stuff I had in my garage.

After an initial hiccup, the service went well. We purchased the Angies List Deal for hauling 4 cubic yards of junk. I did not advise of the full extent of what needed to be hauled. So, when they arrived with just a pick-up, they needed to take stock of what was there and come back another day with a larger truck. They quoted me an updated price for the hauling and were able to reschedule quickly. The price was fair and the work was done efficiently.

Excellent. The owner was so personable, professional and so very courteous as was her worker. I even inquired about other needs I may have in the future and she certainly was so very helpful in the suggestions that she had given me. They came on time, immediately went to work and completed the work much sooner than I expected. I would not hesitate to use First Lady again and would have no problem recommending her company to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer. (The company also does home remodeling).
