Jose, repairman and owner, was very nice. Told me what was wrong with my oven and charged me $79.95 and said he would order the part. That was on March 3, 2021. I never heard from him again. I called every day and left messages, but no return call. I went by his business (which is his home) and no one ever answered. He is highly recommended by Angi's list so that is why I hired him. Big mistake!! I want my $80 back. I'm a disabled vet and I got swindled.

"Provided diagnostics/ service call to customer on 03/05/2021 in regards on a GE double built in oven. At that moment we informed customer that part that was going to be needed is in backorder and it will be taking a while for us to received it. With that been said customer was okay and understood and approved the estimate we provided at the time of diagnostics. As a company there is a service call/ diagnostics charge at the time of visit which is what customer paid nothing else was paid. When customer set up appointment that was told/ stated and the customer agree to the diagnostics visit."

Repaired washing machine which ended up leaking water again. He returned to look at it and said he needed to order parts. He quoted us a price and asked us to think about it and get back in touch with him. We called 5-6 times leaving messages to schedule work to be done, but calls were never returned.

Jose is one of the most knowledgeable repairmen I have met. He was upfront with what needed to happen to fix the ice maker and the attendant problems it caused the refrigerator. He answered all questions straight forward and didn't promise "the moon" if he got the job. He was on time, stated his price up front, told us what was involved, made a promise to complete the job ASAP and followed through. The refrigerator now works better, the ice machine produces ice, we have had no freeze ups since, and the work is warranted for ninety days. My wife and I agree that he is a superlative repair man. If we need other repairs for appliances, Jose is the first person I will call. He is worth it

I left a message on my first call and received a callback shortly by a very friendly woman (sorry...I forgot her name) who scheduled an appointment for Jose to arrive the very next day to give me an estimate. Jose arrived in a timely manner, was very polite and went right to work on checking out the dryer. Within a few minutes he informed me the problem was with the timer and gave me an estimate for the cost to fix it to which I agreed on. When I asked when I could schedule him to return to fix it he stated that he had another appointment but said he would pick up the part after his appointment and return to fix my dryer. He did return and my dryer was fixed within minutes. Jose was very courteous and professional in his manner as he showed me the broken timer and explained what could have gone wrong to have caused the breakage and how to avoid it in future. To this day my dryer is working great!

After my brief explanation of the problem, Jose said he was fairly sure that the problem was with a safety switch. And it was. He demonstrated that the oven would not trip the breaker when the switch was disabled. He did not have the exact part and installed a similar to see if it would work. It didn't so he ordered the switch plus two other low-cost switches which he expected would fail in the near future. He hoped they would be delivered so he could have the oven operational before Thanksgiving. The next day I had a voice mail from the office indicating the switches had arrived. I didn't listen to the voice mail until 7:00pm and planned on calling first thing next morning. Shortly after 8:30pm, the office manager called again to see if she could schedule installation of the switches. We scheduled for the next day. Jose came, installed switches, and everything worked. When he replaced one of the other two switches, he found that one had failed earlier which assures the microwave will not function with the door open. Since we had never attempted such an operation, we did not know it had failed. Jose's thoroughness eliminated a potential hazard and a future service call. We are elated to know that First Priority exists and lives up to its name. They responded quickly, thoughtfully, and we felt that they believed and acted as if we are their first priority. Costs were below my expectations and more than competitive with others who provided similar labor intensive repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc).

Refrigeration compartment was warm. Jose quickly diagnosed this as ice build up, possibly from owner leaving door ajar. He removed ice with steam, replaced defrost sensor, checked controls and other functions to verify things were working well. Great repair and maintenance.

Jose came to diagnose the situation and was very thorough, making sure it was not something else causing the problem. He told me the cost of the part and said it might take a week to get it; I paid him the service fee to later be deducted from the repair cost. After a week had passed I called and left a message to find out the status- no reply. Three days later I started calling every day- no answer and the voicemail is full. It is now over two weeks with a broken appliance and no way of knowing if I have to start over with someone new or if someone at First Priority might get around to calling me. Very unprofessional.

When he arrived he instantly knew what was causing the problem, a faulty drain was causing water to back up and freeze in the bottom of the freezer. He had the part in his truck and it was a newer design so the problem should not occur again. Great guy, excellent service, and very prompt.

Technician went over everything that could be the cause of the problem, explained how to properly load the washer and exactly how much soap to use etc. He couldn’t duplicate the problem until we tried to wash a few clothes and it splashed out. He was there over an hour and made sure he found the problem. I highly recommend Jose. He was polite and professional.

I was referred to this company by LG as an authorized repair company. Jose came and diagnosed the issue and I got the Auth # to repair it to them the same day. I was told the part was most likely on back order due to all the issues with LG linear compressor fridges but I have called back six times now over the last 2 1/2 weeks for a status update to no avail. The first couple times, the woman answering the phone said she would check but I never received a call back. The next two times I left messages which were not returned. Finally the last two times, the mailbox for the phone was full. I truly hope nothing unfortunate has happened as I understand this is a family business. Either way though, I still paid a service fee which should be refunded as this is a warranty issue and LG states no out of pocket for the repair, and I should have been updated on the ETA for the part from the first two calls alone. Now I have to try to find another authorized repair place that can hopefully repair this ASAP as we've been without a fridge for 3 weeks now.

Great job. Issue was scheduled appointment but their scheduler forgot to assign serviceman to toldjob that day. They apologized and first thing next day sent someone to fix it. Did great job, will definitely use them again.
