Charged 150 more than quote. Used dirty water on hard floors. Used MY Vacuum and never cleaned out. Didn?t vacuum steps or furniture. The product smell was so strong couldn?t breathe. The helper couldn?t even look me in the eye when they left.

This pro went above what I had expected in cleaning. My house hasn’t been this clean in a year. I will be bringing her back in about a month. I asked for several of her business cards to give to friends who have an interest in getting their house cleaned. They did a professional job.

The results were incredible - my wife and I looked around together shortly after the cleaning was completed and agreed that it looked cleaner than the day we bought the place. I'm 76 years old and disabled. It's become impossible to keep my place clean. As a result, I had to hire a professional but was extremely worried about someone coming into my place and stealing things I cherished. Then entered Stephanie. It took 4 hours of time but when she left, my place was no only clean but everything was placed exactly where it belonged because she asked me. I can't recommend her enough!!! Wish I could give her 5000 stars. Just 5 doesn't come close.

She arrived shortly after the inquiry about services and got the job done. She was friendly and professional. She also helped me figure out how to remove a stain that I had trouble with, which was not a part of the service.

They did a great job and very thorough

Would give actually 4.5, the half off was because they couldn't find my house because the address Angi gave was wrong and then they still couldn't get the right one on their gps without a lot of talking them through it. So they arrived an hour late. But they did stay the full time I requested and then some because my cleaning required more time. They were very professional and even tolerated my crazy dogs.
