They installed a door and some trim. I needed to have the trim re-done and had agreed for a partial refund but have never heard back from them since. I've been following up for weeks now without a response.

"I did it the way I was asked to do with the materials I was supplied with. I talked to the husband after and he said it was fine the way it was and I all so offered to come out and change it for no charge because wife was unhappy with work."
