Alejandro from First Response Mitigation was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Two months after purchasing my condo, while I was away for the summer the AC system broke down, so my apartment turned into a swamp. Finding mold as a first time homebuyer was a complete nightmare. But Alejandro was amazing. He walked me through the entire process so I understood how every step worked. And he was really patient with me explaining everything in detail and answering all of my questions. After removing the mold and treating the affected areas, he installed a commercial air scrubber and dehumidifier which he kept running in the apartment for 4 days even though the foul odor was gone within hours. Iâ m very grateful that I found these guys when I did, and canâ t recommend them enough if you are dealing with any kind of mold issue.

Was not aware that they only do inspections, not the work itself. You have to hire someone else to do the work. But he was very knowledgeable and available all the time.

Great service, highly recommended if buying a house. Thanks to David the test resulted in toxic black mold, and i was able to withdraw from making the biggest mistake of my life. At first it might seem expensive, but at the end your life is worth more. Thumbs Up!!
