Great. Brent is honest, professional, and experienced. He and his colleague, Seth, were always on time. They listened well, were respectful, and followed through on everything necessary. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

The owner responded on Friday of Thanksgiving weekend & provided support throughout the weekend himself because his staff had the weekend off. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very collaborative with my renter, with other workers (me as well as my contractor) and didn't need to own the whole process. Provided great confidence that the situation was in hand. Price was fair.

First Response was early to their initial appointment after checking with me by phone to make sure it was ok. <br /> Immediately, he was able to make recommendations to resolve the problem. And his advice before event contracting with him was extremely useful. <br /> I chose his service, and he showed up the next day with the necessary equipment to begin resolving the water problem. <br /> Since this issue was not going to be covered by homeowner's, he was very fair in working with me to make sure I could satisfactorily resolve the issue within my budget. <br /> I would recommend his service to anyone dealing with a water damage issue. <br />

Brent and his team did a great job. Very communicative and knowledgeable about what they do. Showed up on time in coordination with my schedule, and performed their work in a thorough and timely manner. Also dealt with a difficult condo association in a professional manner and made my life earlier. Would work with them again any time.

<p>I always smell something unpleasant in the garage of a rental property I just bought in July. So I called them and request a thorough check to see if there is any musty things or water damage that I did not realize.</p> <p>Brent and his teammate came on time, they even worked on Labor day (Sept.01,2014), very polite and professional. They used a special equipment to test around my garage wall, they confirmed there is nothing wrong with the garage walls and floor, it might just a little subtle painting smells. They even give me very helpful tips on maintain the garage, very efficient service. I'm very happy that they checked and confirmed everything is in good condition, there is no charge, very good service.</p>

I had serious doubts that my carpets could be salvaged after 8 years of neglect from a house sitter.  But to my delight Brant of MI Carpet Spa earned his money by removing years of grunge and stains.  One stain in particular was a challenge---spaghetti sauce.  I can barely see it now!  I highly recommend his company. <br />

He is absolutely outstanding.  We have some antique oriental's and needed someone who knew what they are doing, and he does.  He made the carpets look brand new.  He also went and volunteered down in New Orleans after Katrina.  He is amazing in restoration and a nice human being.

The service went great.  The carpets got very clean and I thought the rates were very reasonable.  The weather wasn't very good, however, and the carpet took a full day to dry completely.  I don't know if that is normal or not, but seemed OK.

I have had my carpets cleaned previously by several different companies, however no company cleaned them as well as Mercer Island Carpet Spa. Brent Rice, the owner and operator, personally did the cleaning and he was meticulous!! I have now decided to have him back to clean my couches and to fix a carpet in a bedroom. He costs a bit more than the other companies, but I got MORE than my money's worth. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Brent is very prompt and dependable. He schedules appointments for a specific time; he telephoned to say he would be 10 minutes late. Amazing. He moved furniture in the living room and on my request did not move heavy bedroom pieces. He charges less per square foot if moving furniture is not required. He went about his work efficiently and left all carpets smelling clean and looking great. He is very professional and his work is excellent. I will definitely use him again.

Love this guy. There are only a few contractors I think are spectacular, MI Carpet Spa is one of them. Brent Rice is the owner and he comes personally to your house. There is never anyone else. He is always on time, efficient, and courteous. He always does a fantastic job and leaves our white carpets 'spotless'. He has also been great about coming out for emergencies. He does all sorts of cleaning including water damage. His prices are reasonable and he never gauges or takes advantage.
