Great company. Fast, efficient, conscientious crew, Chris was there every step of the project. They worked on a holiday weekend to get the job done.

It all went very well. Chris came out for an estimate and noticed significant hail damage that resulted in insurance paying for most of the cost. He was very helpful all the way through, even being onsite when the Adjuster came to make sure he got everything, including gutter damage. During installation, the crew even helped remove an old swamp cooler and furnace flu and covered the holes with new sheeting. Very friendly group that had it all done in 2 days.

Chris at Five Sons Roofing was fantastic! Straightforward and had our best interests in mind. We were originally looking to fix a leak in our flat roof over our back patio, but after inspecting the roof, Chris recommended a full roof replacement. After approval, Chris took us through the project with great communication and efficient work. He and his crew were done in one day, and the new roof looks fantastic. Five Sons Roofing did a fabulous job replacing my hail-damaged roof. They delivered all of the materials on the roof about a week before, let me know when everything was expected, responded nearly immediately to all questions, installed everything professionally, and cleaned up after themselves. They even made an extra trip out the next day to double check the clean up and make sure there were no nails lying around for my dogs to step on--without me asking them to! They were punctual, professional, polite and very helpful throughout the process. I will definitely hire them again the next time my roof needs replacement.

Job went very well. Chris is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Roof was torn off and new roof installed in one day. Property was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards with special attention to nails. Chris helped us negotiate with Insurance Company making this job stress free for us. Our roof was damaged in recent hail storms and needed to be replaced. Chris Oliver was quick to respond when we called, extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. Chris provided an honest and complete evaluation of the roof damage. He worked with our insurance company to ensure that they had accurate and complete information to support and settle the claim. There were 2 or 3 specific non-standard roofing requirements due to a custom patio cover we had built on. Chris knew exactly what to do and outlined the needed adjustments to ensure we ended up with a quality roof. Chris and/or his son were on site during the entire job to provide oversight and coordination. The Five Sons crew did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete. The county inspector even remarked about the high quality roofing job during the final inspection. I would highly recommend Five Sons Roofing. They were a pleasure to work with.

I do not typically review vendors as I can be a bit critical. However, Chris Oliver (owner of Five Son’s Roofing) deserves all the credit for a job well done. From the moment I met him to the day the job finished), Chris is an old school guy that takes the time to assess your situation and develop an amazing plan. No one could touch the level of intelligence, craftsmanship or patience that Chris exhibits. I would have him do all my house projects if I could. Great around my family, great as a project manager, great under pressure and doesn't stop until the job is done right. Chris and his sons Chris and Mark’s willingness to answer questions make changes sometimes on the fly with no hesitation and always a GREAT ATTITUDE. The professionalism and courtesy they provided was outstanding. In today’s environment regarding getting what you pay for Five Son’s did that and it was refreshing. We would hire them again with no question.

My spouse and I recently purchased a home. From the ground, the home inspector noted the possibility of some shingles being loose. Chris came out to our home the same day I called him to evaluate our roof. He found that the inspector was mistaken, and also identified both an existing problem and a potential future problem. He did the evaluation free of charge, and gave us a quote for both repairs. He also advised that if we felt comfortable with DIY, one of the problems was solvable by us at considerably less expense. Chris runs an honest family-owned company that is not here to fleece you or recommend work just to make a profit. I will be holding onto his card and calling him for our future roofing needs in the Denver metro area.

I have never been so pleased with a company and with the owner, Chris Oliver. He went above and beyond in every respect. He explained the extras he provided that would be an improvement over the last roofing job I had. I knew I was in good hands. My roof is beautiful and was completed exactly on time. Chris was in touch by phone and in person. He referred me to other very good people who could do other kinds of work I needed to keep my home in tip top shape as well. He is one of the good guys for sure.
