We had a fantastic experience with Five Star Bath Solutions from start to finish. From our initial meeting with Mitch, who was knowledgeable and easy to work with, to Phil, who was very professional throughout the process, everything ran smoothly.
A special thanks to the renovation team, Latchman and Keen. They were extremely professional, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. Their attention to detail really showed in the final result.
We absolutely love our new bathroom—it turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone looking for quality work and a great team.

One of the things that really sold me on 5 star was that the warranty stats with the house do if I were to sell..extra bonus. I'm new to a wheelchair and the old bathtub wasn't cutting it. This new shower works perfectly and safely. I went for 3 grab bars..I also got 6 shelves for plenty of storage. The workmen who came were amazing. They were respectful of my property but I have inside animals and they were respectful of them as well. I tried to keep them coralled up in a room but 1 got loose and they were great at watching when they went in and out. I hot 2 estimates and this was only a tiny bit more expensive but the lifetime warranty sealed the deal

From the sales experience to measuring and planning thru project completion - 5 Star Bath was truely Five Star.
Bath remodels are expensive but compared to other quotes, they offered better services, more options and a lifetime warranty.
The best part of our project were the install team of Latchman and Keen. They were professional, friendly and very capable throughout the entire job. When you commit to having contractors in your home for five days, you never know.....these guys were just the best, leaving our home clean and organized every afternoon and spotless at project çompletion.
Cannot say enough about 5 Star Bath and would highly recommend them for your project.

We are very happy with our Five Star bathsolutions experience. From sales (Mitch) to the work crew (Latchman and Keen) and the owner (Phil), everyone patiently answered our questions, explained everything, and provided a quality product. The crew did a fantastic job removing and replacing the tile bathtub walls with the waterproof panels all in one day, and left the space clean when done. Communication throughout the planning and execution phases was quickly responsive and respectful. I would definitely hire them again if our other bathroom should ever need the same repair.

Phil was great at communicating when it was ready to set up a day to remodel.
The guys that came the day of, were also very nice, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and were great at any bumps in the road. I highly recommend!

Everything went smooth from start to finish. Very pleased with how the shower turned out and was finished quicker than expected. I was quoted 2 days and they had it all completed in 10 hours. The installers were very professional and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Phil and the team at Five Star Bath Solutions in Albany, NY. My daughter and her family were in dire need of a bathroom upgrade due to broken shower tiles and mold issues that were causing sneezing and allergy problems. Phil came in, gave us a thorough and professional estimate, and the job was started in about 10 days. The installation, carried out by Latchman, was outstanding. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The job was completed in just 3 days, and the results are fantastic. My daughter and her family can now shower in peace, and I am assured that they are comfortable and happy. Outstanding work by both of these professionals!

We chose Five Star Bath Solutions to renovate our 2 bathrooms and let me just say, we were blown away by the professionalism, friendliness and hardworking nature of Latchman and Rocky, under Phil’s management. From start to finish, the process was smooth and we felt confident in the ability of the team to get the job done. Extra care was taken to prevent damage to the house throughout the renovation process and my wife and I were involved at every step of the way. Albany Five Star Bath Solutions is great! The sibling duo was kind, communicative, efficient, respectful of my budget and space, and thorough in their preparation for the work. (My shower needed to be replaced because it was leaking into my basement. 😣) I loved the contractors who did the install too. They were respectful of the space, took their time to do things right, and very skilled! (I appreciated the pleasant music they played too, very "your fav grocery store" vibes, lol.) I appreciate that I can now stick suction cup hooks to the walls too! All in all, I recommend them!
