Five Star Bath Solutions of Minneapolis

Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. They removed an old fiberglass tub-shower combination and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower that exceeded my expectations. It has all the requests I wanted for the grab bars and seat. They installed it starting in the morning and finished it by early afternoon. They put down mats to walk on, took away the waste, and left the house clean. I like it more every time I use! They earned the five stars! Highly recommend!

From the first quote to the follow-up measurements to the one day installation the process was flawless. If I could give more than a 5 star I would.

The team was great, everything was professionally installed. (Water pressure is a little low, but ai heard that is a thing with the newer shower heads) but overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my new walk in shower!

David and David were fantastic, they helped me get the right lighting and installed a new vanity. When they completed the job the area was spotless. David walked through all the upgrades and made sure everything worked and was how I liked.

From the initial consultation to finished result everything was top notch! I was kept informed throughout the process and the work was completed on time and in expert fashion. Really very pleased with the whole process.

5 Star did a great job on our on suite shower replacement in one day! Didn’t think it was possible! Took everything down to studs and replacement went in smoothly. True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. Project was expensive but I would certainly recommend them for the same type of work!

Bathroom wet space (tub) remodel with Five Star Baths went smoothly for the most part! The transformation is stunning! The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!
