i have my roof replace about a year ago and Im pretty happy with the roof those guys wore pretty nice and profetianal the owners went above and beyong my expectations and was please with the price the waranty was a litte better than others on my area so was the price they use a high quality underligment and also replace some plywood sheets for a small fee iI will recomend this company for your roof and repairs

I have been in the trades for almost 40yrs. Presently I am a superintendent for a large commercial company. Getting a bit old to do the physical work involved with the shell of the house build, so my wife and I contacted 5 Star Exteriors to do the shell to our 980 sq. ft. addition including: excavation, foundation, framing, siding, roofing, along with door and window install. We wanted it dried in for the winter. They met and exceeded the completion date to beat the weather by a wide margin. Edgar and Carlos were very up front when discussing project, always available to meet, text and talk things through when needed, willing to work with me on certain items that may have been overlooked during the design and very reasonable with added work pricing. The guys in the field were just as friendly and skilled. They did a great job and we are thankful for their work!

Got an estimate the same day I called that was reasonable so accepted. Work started in 2-3 weeks and took a week to complete. We are happy with the results

Five Star did an amazing job on re-roofing my house. The workman were professional and personable. The workmanship was excellent. They didn’t drag out the schedule. This hit the job running and didn’t slow down until it eas finishes .

Carlos was very responsive throughout the bidding and installation process. Pricing was fair and I really liked that they allowed me to pick the materials I wanted to use. Most other companies did not give me that flexibility and simply pushed the one shingle manufacture they partnered with. The work was performed over Veterans Day weekend and when he found out I had served he even gave me a little extra discount. Always nice to work with companies that support Veterans.

paid angies list $225 up front for a roof tune up and repair by 5 star exteriors. Took forever to get project scheduled. Finally scheduled for September 30TH @ 8 a.m. got up at 6 a.m. to prepare for workers. At 9 a.m. no workers, no call. Left 4 voice mails on contact number no response. Went to leave a 5th message no way to leave voice mail. Received call @ 4 p.m. said sorry we did not show. rescheduled for 9 a.m. October 3. Surprise no show no call. Finally contacted them at 11 a.m. comment was didn't project manager call you. No. what do you plan on doing. I will project manager call you right back. It is now 4:30 p.m. and yet no response. Tried to contact angies list with issue by email as of now no response! Angie list has my $225 and I have no work done or response from angies list. Calling my credit card company to cancel transaction.

Five Star Exteriors was one of three bidders. They gave the lowest cost bid, were timely in their appointment and thorough in their inspection. While I arranged financing they got started. During a time of changeable weather they made use of clear days to remove the old roof and replace it. They even worked on Sunday because of the weather. They found issues with venting from the original construction of the house and repaired that remedying the problem of venting into the attic. They replaced the wooden surround to the chimney, their final roofing work had beautifully aligned shingles. The look of the roof and the quality of the installation could not be better. The crew is the hardest working crew I have seen. They left a clean work area each evening and left the work site with no debris. I have no hesitation to highly recommend Five Star Exteriors for roofing needs. Their professionalism, knowledge, and hard work can not be matched.

I really appreciated Carlos professional approach to assessing the job, to presenting his evaluation, and to fulfilling the job. They came a day earlier than we'd planned. That was great. The job was done on a timely manner and you can tell they are very professional. I'd have to say it's a great company, and I will do business with them again. It was raining a lot, so they would cover the house roof & then come back the next day when It was not raining. It went very smooth!!!!!

5 Star Exteriors did an outstanding job. Crew was always friendly and courteous. I was walked thru each step of the process and I knew exactly what I was purchasing. The finished product looks great. Nice straight lines, new flashing and vents all around. Great group of guys to work with. I have been in construction my whole life and rarely do you meet people who take this kind of pride in their work anymore.
