It went okay. They get in there and you discover that you're actually having to pay more than what we paid initially because your house has more vents. It wasn't his fault that I had more vents. I was sort of annoyed at that but it wasn't his fault. They got right back to me so that was good. I don't remember them being late.

It was okay. They were good but what I didn’t like about was when they came, they were upselling on everything. I just wanted the normal deal. There is the actual furnace but they wanted to have a couple of hundred dollars more. That type of thing. I understand that they wanted to get more but it’s kind of annoying. I wasn’t home but my wife was there. They were friendly. They covered the service but they told me that I need this one and this one. I had to meet them in the middle. It was a hundred dollars more than what the original deal was. I don’t have any issue with the wait time. They were pretty good about that. My schedule was more of an issue and they were a little responsive. I would tell family members and friends to call them first and make sure that they understand how much the total cost is going to be. That way, you have a full understanding of what you’re going into and you’re not negotiating while they’re there. There was no unexpected issue, only the amount. In the previous year, they did a number of vents or two different lines that they had to clean. I knew there would be a couple. They’ll tell you in the big deal that they will clean 10 vents and the main line. I knew there were a little bit more because I have more vents than the deal covers, but then they’ll say why you should have this clean too. I don't recall the exact terminology but other than that everything was fine. The service was clean and fine. It’s just the negotiation part that I don’t like. The negotiation price has been upfront. The quality is good as the top thing. It’s something that you don’t see. As far as I’m aware, we are breathing clean air. I didn’t have any issue with that.

There were no troubles with scheduling. I had just cleaned the dryer vent out myself a couple months prior. I told him that thinking he would still take the vent off and check it, but he did not. He had equipment to go up into the vent and I did not. The technician who came out for the work wanted to do more that was not included in this package. At the time, he said that having this work defeats the whole purpose of having the service done. He did do a good job with the duct work. Outside of the dryer vent, he did what the deal offered. Overall, my experience was fine.

It was a terrible experience. First of all he missed the appointment and when he came out, he was drunk and he told that there was nothing he can do for me under 600$. It was a terrible experience and I haven’t used anybody from Angie’s list from then. I was extremely weirded out by it.

The provider did a very good job, but the cost was more than anticipated. The $69 special was only for 1 main duct system, and according to the provided we had 2 main ducts. But otherwise the experience was positive. We would consider using the provider again in the future. <br />

We had to call several times to get someone to book and appt. When the apt was booked they did not show up on time and we had to reschedule. <br /> when they did show up the job was done, but too many other things and the cost increased to about $300 which was not expected for a new house. <br /> <br />

The workers breath smelled of alcohol . When he 1st came he walked into the house and up the stairs before I could answer the door bell. And when he came back later because he left something, He just walked right in my house again! <br />
