I can’t say enough good things about Five Star! From the initial consultation through the entire project, they provided outstanding service on my home’s complex layout. They were incredibly honest and down-to-earth—patiently walking me through options and talking me out of upgrades that would’ve cost more but added little value. That straightforward advice is rare and greatly appreciated. They installed a mini-split with two air handlers plus two separate furnaces and AC units, all on budget and on schedule. The systems have performed excellently. They’ve been extremely responsive on issues (low Freon once, and my dirty filter another time), fixing everything quickly with no hassle. both Jay and Adrian did a great job on installing a new air conditioner for me and replaced my coils which are in the attic.. They are both very personable and professional men.
