The two movers could not have been more polite and helpful.  There were some communication issues with the fact that we had told the company we had a piano and they showed up without equipment to move it.  They were also sent without any floor coverings that we had double checked inquiring about  because we had just had our floors redone.  That being said, they were SO careful and our floors were not harmed in any way during the move.  The reason they were scored low on punctuality is that we had to wait almost 2 hours for the piano moving supplies to arrive so there was a lot of waiting around and the job took a lot longer than we had planned for.   I would definitely use them again because they were very apologetic and made things right when they did arrive. They know how to move and are good at what they do.  I got the feeling this was atypical for them and they were embarrassed that everything hadn't gone as smoothly as usual.  This was the second moving company we had used in the past few months and they were hands down the better of the two. <br />

<p>They only received a B for punctuality for technically being late. HOWEVER, they called immediately as soon as finding out they would be late. They were apologetic and professional.</p> <p>The move itself went very smoothly.  We had already loaded some boxes into the POD, and the movers helped rearrange in order to be able to fit more into the POD and for it to travel more safely.  This was not part of the agreement, but was so much appreciated.  </p> <p>They were professional and very good.</p> <p>I have already booked them again for an additional move.</p> <p>Thanks for a great job.</p> <br />

We had to clear out our garage for door replacement. We stored everything into a POD in the drive. We hired this company through POD people at a flat rate. They came to unpack the POD and place the shelving, contents and cabinets in the garage. They were great.The two gentlemen were punctual and efficient. They listened to where we wanted stuff and actually did it. The weather wasn't the greatest that day, but they took care that our items remained in good condition. They were good natured and patient. They even followed up with all our involved directions. For instance we had to jockey things around to get the shelves in, and then they had to be re-arranged to place a cabinet. <br /> No complaints, no eye-rolling. Just friendly helpfulness. Wow!  <br /> This was a flat rate for a specific amount of time, minimum 3 hours. They finished early and offered to help with any other moving, rearranging projects we had around the house or in the yard. <br />

I must say I was quite impressed with the amount of items they were able to fit tightly into a container, and none of my mirrors or other breakables were harmed. The only damages were caused by attempting to get a very large refrigerator through a door that had not been removed. Other than that mishap, other wall dings were minor and resolved to my satisfaction.

It was an excellent experience. The two empolyees did an excellent job not damaging any of the items. They offloaded the truck in an expeditious manner.
