Five Star Sanitation

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Their name really does reflect the service. I ordered a 30 yeard to be delivered and set up for use but the day of delivery the truck delivering threw the transmission. Ken called amd explained and offered an immediate full refund or they could deliver 2 days later. I opted for two days later just to save the headache of setup with another vendor and im glad I did. They couldnt get the 30 yard to me in a good time frame (because of the truck which I understand being an ex long haul driver myself) so the elected to bring me a 20 yard to get me going quickly and then exchanged it for another 20 at no extra charge. Truly above and beyond service with an amazing product. If you dont use 5star your doing it wrong, nd thats coming from a guy who has rented construction dumpsters from almost everyone in the area. Seriously, no shit these guys are exactly what you want to work with.

I'm very pleased with the overall experience. Ken recommended the perfect size of the dumpster -- not too big, not too small -- and the drivers sat that huge hunk of steel down and then rolled it back onto the truck from a driveway on a steep slope with no damage to the concrete. I was impressed. You will be, too.

Prompt and professional. I rented a 10, just enough for my project and with 0 weight limit. Was able to keep for 10 days I only needed it for 5. Made this part of selling my house all the more easier. I highly recommend this company if you ever in the need!

Ken was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I’m leery of working with people found online but he eased that concern immediately. Great communication, kept me in the loop, delivered on time, and picked up on time. No hassle, no fluff. One fee to dump what I needed & it was surprisingly affordable too. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get rid of some things and doesn’t want to do the hard part lol!

He sold us on his rate being lower with no weight limit on the dumpster. It was too good to be true however I moved forward. We then found out why he is so willing to give you a great rate, he will park his dumpster on your property and will leave it until he then has somewhere else for it go. Congratulations you have now become Kens personal storage facility. The dumpster which was only supposed to be on site for 10 days is now on day 18 with zero effort from Ken to remedy the situation. If you call or text he will pass the buck and blame mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts or will out right ignore your communication with zero effort to actually make it right.

Everything went great! Ken has a likable manner and knows his business. He got me what I needed promptly, and his delivery driver had a great attitude. It was a great deal and I strongly recommend Five Star.
