Ken was great on the phone and it went downhill from there. He explained away a FL phone number (I am in VA) and I took him at his word. $525 got us a dumpster that would have normally cost $400, and we had to hire another company to haul it away.

Ken is the utmost professional and an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with. Seamless transaction and was willing to work with me on extending the rental primarily due to weather. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs his services!!

They were quick to respond, got me on the schedule as quickly as possible and then we finished early and they were quick to pick it up early as well. Will definitely be using them for any dumpster rentals in the future.

In the process of cleaning out deceased parents’ 40+year home. We were feeling overwhelmed until we contacted Ken at Five Star Sanitation. He responded immediately to our initial contact, answered all of our questions, and lo and behold, there was a 30 foot dumpster in our driveway! I have seldom experienced such a professional and friendly person, coupled with a very reasonable price and perfect service! Great service. Worked directly with the owner and he was top notch. He beat everyone else’s price and it was scheduled, delivered and picked up with no issues. His communication was also great letting me know when they were on the way to drop it off and when the pickup would be. The dumpster was clean and in great shape. If you need a dumpster these are the guys to use.

Ken was responsive, punctual and worked around the Memorial Day weekend schedule. No damages to property were noted so safe drop off/pick up as well. Highly recommend as his prices are unbeatable in the area compared to 11 other quotes I got.

Mr. Kenny explained the difference between the 10 yd and 15 yard dumpster as to the charges. The Delivery driver was very polite, and made sure the dumpster was placed where I wanted it. Mr Kenny left the dumpster until after Memorial Day weekend. I needed Sunday for my son to bring clean out materials from his home remodel. Really appreciated that because my son is an over-the-road truck driver, and Memorial Day weekend gave him extra time for the remodel.

From the moment I called ken to the day of pick up they were on point, on time, professional and respectful. If I called and they didn’t answer it was less than 5 mins later I received the call back. We needed a dumpster rental for our kitchen remodel. I called a few places for estimates and also went on Angie's list for recommendations. 5 star sanitation was actually the first to call. It was a Florida number so I didn't answer, but he promptly sent a text. I called him back and told him what I needed and he had the best prices, could deliver quickly, no weight limit, and it was a 10 day rental rather than 7. There were cheaper places but I looked into how much stuff weighed and having to pay weight charges made the others more expensive. He called me to let me know the driver arrived. I've had the rental 10 days now. I called to get an extension on my rental today. Ken, the owner is very friendly and professional, every time I've called I've spoken to him. He'll work with you, has very competitive pricing, and made the whole process seamless. I'm sure at some point we'll be redoing another part of the house and I will be doing business with 5 star sanitation again. No regrets!!!

They showed up at 9am with the dumpster the day they promised it to be delivered. It's two days after and they are not charging! What a great company to help the community out!

Husband passed away so was downsizing..contacted them through Angi, and was very impressed with salesman and signed up then..driver was great also..placed it right where I wanted..I also ordered twice from them..probably will need service again, and will definitely set up with them..extremely helpful and a great experience and great people!!!!
