Kenny was great to work with, extremely professional & also friendly. He helped us make the strategic decision of what size dumpster was needed, it was parked exactly where we needed it & is retrieving it as we needed. This is the 3rd dumpster we have needed when renovating & 5 Star Sanitation service has been the best service we have had, by far! Ken of Five-Star Sanitation delivered a 15 yd dumpster to our cabinet shop. We had to delay the scheduled delivery twice, and he was very patient with that. His driver positioned the dumpster perfectly in front of our shop, and picked it up promptly after we filled it. His prices are reasonable, and there are no hidden or additional fees. I highly recommend his company.

Spoke with Ken to rent the dumpster. He was very professional and pleasant. He doesn't charge extra weight fees like other dumpster rentals do. Pay through a private link, receive the dumpster within a day or two, fill the dumpster to the the top, call for pickup and you're done! Ken's drivers are great as well, delivery was a breeze. He dropped it right where we asked! If you need a dumpster for cleanup, rent from Ken's. He is really the best in the business!! I definitely will use Ken's again!

I found the service online. The owner was awesome and professional to work with...this is the second time I've used their service In the past year to clean out the house. The price was amazing and the time given to me before they picked up the dumpster was outstanding. Definitely will use the service again. Again..you can't beat the price for the time given to me before the dumpster was picked up.

I called a couple of different companies, he got back to me right away, was extremely nice on the phone. Got a good vibe from him there, Kenny was his name. We continued to text back and forth, I had to have a dumpster removed and replaced and he gave me a percentage off for that, even let me keep the dumpster a couple of days longer than promised at no extra charge. That's the kind of guy that earns my business over and over, if I ever need a dumpster rental again it will be from Kenny, and five star sanitation .Thanks again for being a kind and caring person.

I can’t say enough good things about Five Star Sanitation. If I could give it ten stars I would. My email for information was promptly responded to and every thing regarding the rental was clearly explained. Prices are extremely reasonable, there is NO weight limit and you can keep much longer than other companies. The dumpster was delivered on the day agreed. The gentleman who brought it was very pleasant and had great suggestions for getting as much into the dumpster as possible which was extremely helpful. You absolutely could not ask for nicer people to deal with. My five stars are well deserved!!!!

Ken was great on the phone and it went downhill from there. He explained away a FL phone number (I am in VA) and I took him at his word. $525 got us a dumpster that would have normally cost $400, and we had to hire another company to haul it away.

He responded immediately to our initial contact, answered all of our questions, and lo and behold, there was a 30 foot dumpster in our driveway! Great service. Worked directly with the owner and he was top notch. He beat everyone else’s price and it was scheduled, delivered and picked up with no issues. His communication was also great letting me know when they were on the way to drop it off and when the pickup would be. The dumpster was clean and in great shape. If you need a dumpster these are the guys to use.
