Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
The Five Star team has been nothing but amazing! The estimate process was easy to schedule and Roy took his time to listen to our goals. Megan and the other showroom staff were patient and we didn’t feel rushed to make our flooring choices right away. We even ended up adding additional services thanks to their patience while we waited for our project funding. We are already making plans to use their services again! Will refer them to all my family and friends.

Kitchen - Remodel
We hired Five Star Services to remodel our bathroom and Kitchen. They did an Amazing job and exceeded our expectation. The work was completed in the time stated and fell within the quoted price range. What impressed us was their professionalism and the way they saw the vision we wanted for our bathroom and kitchen. They made recommendations that made our bathroom and kitchen look spectacular. We get compliments from family members and friends when they see our space for the first time. A friend took a picture so she will have a template of what she wants done to her bathroom. The staff members were very .easy to work with and assisted with any questions we had. We couldn't have been more pleased. Five Star originally replaced our floors and did such good work that when it came time to replace our counter tops they were who we went to. Not only is their workmanship first class but they also have the best pricing in town. I can't say enough about the service. Roy is very knowledgeable, and has the experience to meet any need you are looking for. Kim is fantastic! She takes all the hassle and stress out of seeing the job through to completion. She did an excellent job as the liason between us. as the homeowner, and the contractors. Don't waste your time calling anyone else for your remodeling needs, Five Star is the best!

A great experience with Roy and Teams! We had ceramic tile demo’d and new flooring purchased and installed downstairs and new carpet upstairs. Roy beat everyone in town with his customer service and organized staff working alongside him. Everyone was so knowledgeable and made our product selection a breeze (so many styles to choose from!) The Five ⭐️ Teams were helpful, cooperative, knowledgeable and knew their products. From start to finish, we were in the BEST of hands! Everything was “Top Notch” and we LOVE our new floors!! Look no further. Book Five Star Flooring today. You will not be disappointed. They installed our LVP Floors and removed our old kitchen backsplash and installed a new one. Five Star Flooring is very responsive, top notch customer service, outstanding quality of work & they left our home cleaner than it was before they arrived. I will definitely use them again in the future when we replace the carpet in our bedrooms and remodel our master bath. They are an amazing team of people!

I don’t know where to begin. From the time we met Roy to now our home has been fully transformed into an amazing masterpiece thanks to the impeccable quality of work from the crew at Five Star.
