Fix It Pros Appliance Repair

Repairman came out and evaluated my broken refrigerator and told me what parts to get and charge the diagnostic fee. I paid his diagnostic fee and purchased the items I was told to. When I called him back out to do the repair. He then told me that there were other things that were needed for the repair. He said he was unsure how much I wanted to put it into the refrigerator, but how would I know that unless he told me how much the parts were going to be in the first place. He ignored my repeated phone calls for over a week and refused to call me back. When I finally did get in touch with him, he apologized and said he was busy. He then said he would send me the information that he had promised but has yet to do so. I get the impression he is unable to fix the refrigerator and instead of saying that, sent me on a wild goose chase and has me spending money that I'm not sure is necessary. I cannot recommend this repair service at all, please take your business elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service. The repairman was knowledgeable and communicated the problem and repair needed. I would definitely use their service again.

The repairman was able to come to my home within two hours after I contacted them on Angi's list. He explines the repairs necessary and the costs involved. I would definitely call them again.
