It took a bit longer to resolve than I had originally hoped; but some of that was beyond the company's control. By having my computer screen repaired, I was able to keep the computer I love. I could not have afforded a new one.

Tom was helpful, diligent, and fair in his pricing. I had tried every trick I knew to salvage some very important files that had been corrupted; I was in despair when I reached Tom. He was not available in person that evening, but agreed to see what he could do remotely. Over the phone and through a couple of emails, he was able to get to the root of the problem and restore the files that I needed to edit for my client.

Tom did a fantastic job. Very friendly and quick service. Since a part needed to be ordered Tom offered to loan us a laptop until we got ours back. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I was very impressed with Tom's PC repair services. Because I was hesitant to be without my PC for even 24 hours, :o) he offered to fix it at my house, coming out once to see what part was needed and another time to install it. Tom quoted the price for his labor up-front so there were no surprises once the work was completed. I would not hesitate to call Tom again with any PC issues and highly recommend his services.

It is amazing how much computers play a role in our daily lives, from business, to personal matters, and entertainment, and also how much we miss them when we are without one. Tom understands this and picked up my PC within 12 hours of my phone call, then took a look at it, diagnosed the problem, got the parts ordered and delivered, then installed them, and had my computer back to me running like a champ within a couple days. Outstanding knowledge, customer service, and communication. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone, and I look forward to using him for all my future needs.

He was extremely friendly and convienient. I'm often nervous when strangers come to my house and I hand over something that's important to me (happens more than you think) but I felt completely comfortable that he was going to get the job done. I highly recommend him. Not to mention, he was $50 cheaper than anyone else in the area.

He picked up my machine from my home early in the morning and delivered it back to me later the same day!!! Pricing was reasonable, turnaround time was very fast, and Tom has a knack for taking care of a customer. Excellent service that I definitely would recommend to anyone in need of computer support.
