Choosing Fix My Slab was the best decision I could have made for my foundation repair. Right from the very beginning with the evaluation and estimate, everyone was friendly and business oriented. I never felt rushed to make a decision and every question I had was answered calmly and without making me feel less than informed. The crew that did the repair was to say the least impressive. It has been a long time since I have witnessed a work crew that actually enjoyed what they were doing and their top concern was doing the job right. I could not be more pleased and have already recommended them to 2 of our neighbors. They made a stressful and worry-some situation very easy to deal with. This is a pure model for business. If you happen to get Cesear as the supervisor on the job, you have nothing to worry about! He was fantastic. <br>

I am very impressed with not only the professionalism of this company, but with the workmanship as well. I had my foundation fixed many years ago by a company that has since gone bankrupt. I called Fix My Slab because of the ratings this company has with the BBB, Angie's List, and several other social media sites. The Strickland came to my house as scheduled and provided a quote that was very competitive to several other foundation companies. Mr. Strickland offered several different options allowing me to tailor fit a plan that met my budget and needs. The crew showed up on time and began to work immediately. Raul, the foreman, was very knowledgable and was willing to answer any questions we had and address any concerns. The crew took every precaution to protect vegetation, and property during the job. After the job was completed the crew left my property in immaculate shape considering the project at hand. Rarely do I get the chance to rave about a company, this one is bar none the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

It went very good. It took them about three days to do. I have not had any issues.

They were very professional, very knowledgeable but the price was a little too high. Even though we didn’t go with Fix My Slab, I would recommend them for people getting estimates. I decided not to go with them because price is one of the reasons but other than that, I think they would be fine. They were punctual. He answered all our questions and he was very prepared.

Workers showed up on time and when they were done you couldn't even tell that they were here. Very courteous and friendly employees, answered any and all questions I asked. Asked me if I would like for them to spread any of the remaining dirt in certain spots and hauled away what was left over after that. Cost of the entire job was middle of the road as far as quotes go but they did an excellent job. Entire job took just about 10 hours to complete (started at 930am and completed a little after 7pm). Ty, Eddie, Raul and the rest of the employees are all good people and I would definitely recommend anyone needing foundation work to give them a call. <br />

<p>The crew showed up on time.  Everyone was extremely nice, especially Raoul and Eddie.  They did a great job and cleaned everything up very well.  As a matter of fact my flowerbeds looked better than I expected after all the work.   I would highly recommend Fix My Slab to friends and family alike.</p> <br />

Difficult job, messy if you have interior work.  Fix my Slab went out of their way to work with me.  They went as far as working 1/2 day Christmas Eve and New Years Day.  Outside cleanup excellent, inside lot's of dust, but they are foundation workers and not house cleaners.

so far so good. with as slab I think you should reserve final o.k. for a while

    Ty Stricklan and Fix My Slab did a very good job for me in repairing some slab settlement on my house which happened due to the Texas drought in the past two years. When I first contacted him, he made an appointment to come out to my house just a few days later. He examined the house slab outside and inside. I had already hired a professional structural engineer previously who had given me a complete report and a drawing showing where the engineer believed the 17 piers should be installed. I showed the engineer's drawing to Ty and we discussed what the installation of 17 piers would entail and when the work could be done. I told Ty that I didn't want any interior piers installed because the engineer's drawing didn't call for that. Nor did I want to have to repair my front porch which is constructed of bricks I could not find any more. He told me that he would follow the plan of the engineer's drawing. He also said that tunnels could be dug under the brick front porch which would eliminate any need to drill through the bricks. I was adamant that my slab be repaired quickly because I plan to put my house on the market for sale by the month's end. <br />     Just two and a half weeks after signing the contract, Ty's Fix My Slab came to my house to begin work. They arrived promptly at 8AM as scheduled and began their work. They assured me that the work would not take more than two full days. They worked steadily all day on Tuesday of this week until it began to get dark. The crew of 5 or so men didn't even leave for lunch, but ate their lunches on the front lawn. On Wednesday, the Fix My Slab crew returned again early in the morning and resumed their work. A few hours after lunch, Ty came to my house and said he needed to come into my house again with his equipment to take measurement while the house was being leveled. This process continued for some time until Ty told me that he believed the house was level. I checked on a crack in the tile of my master bathroom while the foundation was being leveled and was delighted to see that most of it was closed up. What was left, was now a hair line crack that could be easily caulked. After the leveling was finished, Ty asked me to go outside and consult with his foreman as his crew began the clean up procedures to make sure they did what I wanted. This clean up went smoothly. The crew even distributed some excess dirt to other parts of my yard where the ground around trees had been sinking due to the drought. I signed off on the work and paid Fix My Slab the final half of their bill. <br />     I appreciated the reasonable price and the promptness of getting my foundation repaired. Mr. Sticklan and his manager, Raul, and the other members of his crew were easy to work with. They were all polite and professional. They left my yard in good condition. Despite a problem we had the first day when my outside electrical plugs were not working, the Fix My Slab crew were able to work around this issue until we found out where the GFIs needed to be reset. I would recommend Fix My Slab to other home owners needing foundation work done. <br />

Ty came out on time, looked at the problem and measured, then gave me a price The workers were here on time. Everything went smooth. I'm very happy and impressed with the whole process. I highly recommend "Fix my slab". <br />

They did the work as promised, and they did it well.  They also responded quickly to an issue at one corner of the house which I appreciated.  My only problem was that they didn't fill in some holes they made under the house.

Everything went well.  They did good work, they charged the most competitive rates, and they cleaned up after themselves.  The only problem was that they left the gate open.

Ty Strickland was prompt in scheduling an appointment to come give an estimate for the repairs.  He arrived on time, actually eary, and did a very thorough inspection.  He was professional and friendly.  He gave us a very fair estimate which was much lower than a competitor's bid.  We knew our neighbor's across the street had scheduled someone to do their foundation repair so we took him over to meet them and he gave them a very good estimate, also much lower than the competitor. <br /> We scheduled the work and while they didn't do the work on the day scheduled because of delays on another job, they did arrive early the next day, did the work, cleaned up and rechecked the house level before leaving.  They couldn't repair the concrete areas where they had to dig it out because it started raining.  But came out the next week and did the work.  I was not entirely happy with how they repaired the concrete on my back porch.  They seemed to be in a big hurry.  There was wet cement all over my back door and patio wall that I had to clean up myself.  Also the patch was not leveled to the existing concrete. <br /> Overall, I would definitely recommend Fix My Slab. <br />
