Fixed our dryer very quickly, very curteous and dryer runs great!

Sergey was very respectful and efficient and got the job done for us.

Fixed our dishwasher and did it quickly. New appliance too. Machines break, thankfully they fixed it!

Microwave still not fixed. Apparently needs another part so a 3rd appointment will need to be scheduled. Wall was scratched up from Microwave removal. The dishwasher leaked water was all over under the sink and towels provided were not used. I had to clean up the water.

Our newer fridge had not kept our food cold, so there was a lot of waste. Ice formed inside and it was a mess. We called FIX UFA and a wonderful repairman examined it and ordered a part. When he returned, he installed the new fan and now our fridge is super-chill. We highly recommend this business! They are professional, reliable and provide great service.

Although it took 3 visits to resolve our issue, we didn't have to pay for the second and third trips. Quick turnaround time too.

They came in to a broken dishwasher, left and it was working! They thought we'd need a bigger repair (big enough they reccomended a replacement), but after they left we realized whatever they did fixed our issue. Holding on to our 9 year old dishwasher as long as we can.

They were able to come out within 2 hours and fixed it on the spot. It was an easy fix, but the important part was that Ruslan knew exactly what to do and how to do it. The work was reasonably priced, but it's the most expensive pistachio I've ever eaten!

Great! Ruslan was prompt, professional, courteous and fair pricing. I later learned he is the business owner, so I’m clear I’d receive great service every time. He fixed my microwave quickly (while it was an easy DIY fix, I did not want to risk the shock myself if I didn’t discharge correctly, was glad I left to professional). He also very quickly assessed my fridge issue recommending it was not worth repairing as even a well done job would lead to leaking/floor damage down the line. I really appreciated that he was able to come out same day- also that while I was given a 3 hr window, I got an update when he was on his way and could even track his arrival time via the link he send me. Will definitely call again next time I need help with an appliance! Lastly, the service fee was applied to repair, and was lower than others I had contacted, which I appreciated as I knew I might be on replacement path instead of repair with the fridge!

Incident: They came to inspect my Gas range and quote me 1000$ with two valve to be replaced and hefty amount for labor. Due to time limitation, I had to go with them. They came after couple of days and in the middle of the fix, they called me to inform that there is another valve needs to be replaced. I don't have any problem with the valve but they wanted to leave the range unusable. After some pushback they decided to put things back and order the last valve. But they charged me again for the labor. Although it was their mis diagnose that cost me labor twice. They didn't take any responsibility at all. Finally they came over again install the valve in 20 min. I am not sure why they charge me the hefty service charge again. Their business practice is very shady and company doesn't take any responsibility what so ever for their mistakes. Update as of 12/6/2024 The company contacted me after the review and admit that subsequent labor charge was not fair and agreed to return the second labor charge. Since, they are willing to fix their mistake, I update the review here. I would avoid them if I could. I think their business practice is little shady. He came the same day. He fixed both the washer and, when I asked, the dryer. I was impressed because he lifted the dryer on and off the washer by himself (pictures show a similar stacked installation). Also he patiently picked lint from between two layers of mesh in a filter, rather than making me wait for a new one. This clogged filter had caused lint to build up inside the dryer, INCLUDING THE HEATING ELEMENT!!! He prevented a possible fire in a condo building. Lives may have been saved.
