, They did a good job installing the siding. However, I was told they would be there at 7am they did not arrive till 11:30. It is pretty hard to mix those two times up. Prior to them coming out, there were problems. Gabi wanted me to drive to Chatsworth to pick out the siding. This was after she had already told me she would be picking it up. I do not drive much so, I called the co. and asked them how many types of siding they had. they said 3, and after describing them I was able to choose one. i called Gabi back and said since she had the measurements she needed to order the siding.  Then I got a call that I need to pay for the siding. Fair enough.  A week or so later it was delivered. After the installation, I discovered that only 8 pieces of siding were used and I was left with 10 pieces. I wrote an email to gaby with a photo asking for a refund of the unused siding, because the siding co. said they did not give refunds and since she took the measurements i figured she ordered too much. Since I'm not in the construction business I have no way of knowing any better. So she called me and said no way and followed up with a nasty email, basically saying that they were only supposed to come out once, but that they came out to measure, then she had to take time calling the supplier for me to order the product and that they supplied the fasteners for the installation.  I would have been happy to pay for the fasteners. Firstly, I just had a company paint my house. They had to come out to see how many man hours it would take. They also said they would charge me extra for materials, and since the siding needed to be painted and wasn't up yet, they kept in touch with me as to the progress on that. Unlike this company which hardly ever returned my phone calls. So I give them a D.  If they had explained to me that the siding was a special order and you cannot break up the pallet or there will be a $400 charge for that then I would have understood and not requested a refund, but I had to call the siding co. and have them explain that to me. Basically, except for the good job they did on the installation Gabi was rude and unprofessional. i will not recommend them. <br />

The quality of the completed job was excellent.  They were very accommodating when the door I purchased was wrong, they agreed to come back again.  I was happy with the work and the customer service response time.  I would definitely use them again. <br />

My experience with them was fine. They showed up on time, did the work they were supposed to do and completed the job.

GREAT Service. Gabriella and team did a great job of seeing through the entire process of (1) providing a quick, accurate estimate (2) communicating with the inspector the recommended solution, (3) scheduling the service, (4) showing up on time to meet the service, (4) completing the work, and (5) communicating with the inspector to close out the process. Flawless Design went above and beyond to meet the inspector's changing expectations, and we truly appreciated the prompt feedback and delivery of service. The work was completed to spec and expectations were set and met all along the way. It is so great to have someone that fully understands the engineers lingo, communicate clearly in everyday/common language, and do great work at a fair process. We highly recommend Flawless Design Group to meet your construction needs. <br />

Gabriella and her crew were great. I had a hot water pipe burst, and it melted the drywall and paint on the wall surrounding my front door. My insurance company came back with a very low estimate to repair it. I went to three other contractors and none would do it for that price, so I went to Angie's List deals and found Flawless Design's "contractor for $250 a day" deal. I read the reviews and it seemed like they did jobs that were a lot larger than what I needed done, so I thought I would try them. Gabriella came to do the estimate, we worked out a deal with the insurance, and I gave her the job. She said she would be there at 7:30am to start. I have three small children that have to be at school at 8am, so the hour between 7 and 8am is very hectic. The thought of taking my kids and their bags through people cutting drywall with dust and paint everywhere would have been a disaster, so I asked if she could come later. She was reluctant at first, but called me back and said she worked it out. They came around 11am for the five days they were there and did great work. She could have just said that they start at 7:30am and I would have had to just deal with the craziness and changed my schedule around, but she went that extra mile, and made it convenient for us. That says a lot. Everything was left clean, and the whole foyer looked brand new. <br />

The work was done professionally and looks great. <br />

1) The Angie's List (AL) provided e-mail contact worked well up till yesterday's message to confirm they would be here.  AL did not send me an e-mail to check for messages, so when I saw it this morning, I was concerned about whether they were coming (since I had not replied). I sent an e-mail via AL, and they responded within 5 minutes that they were on their way.  <br /> 2) Gabriella and a gentleman showed up - I pointed out the tasks to be done, and the materials to use.  Gabriella pointed out an easier and more secure way to solve my problem (keeping the fire door from bashing the wall when we could not use a doorstop in the traditional manner). <br /> 3) She replaced the broken electrical socket while he repaired the drywall damage. They then worked as a team to remove the existing  light fixtures in the kitchen and replace them with new fixtures we provided, replaced the drop ceiling panels, installed the blinds I provided in two rooms, and fixed a ceiling fan wobble.  <br />  They were efficient, cheerful, and cleaned up after themselves. Gabriella also recommended an additional simple task to us (which required materials I did not have on hand, or she would have done it) before we paint the wall next week.  <br /> <br /> <br />

GREAT quality, very knowledgeable, used drop cloths, cleaned up after themselves, prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend. <br />

Gabriella and her assistant arrived on time, and went right to work. She let me know  exactly what I needed, and what she could provide. They did a wonderful job on all my projects, and and Gabriella even made a trip to Home Depot to get an appropriate baseboard for the area where the old glue had scarred the wall. The team was absolutely professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call Flawless design for any work I need done in the future! <br />

Flawless Design was recommended to me by another family who had their house done with them and I truly got lucky. Gabi and Charlie were a pleasure to work with and that is something one rarely hears in the industry. They tore our hold house of about 2200 Sq Ft in Encino Hills and turned it into an over 5,000 square foot home. The house is nothing less than simple elegance and is one of the most beautiful homes in that neighborhood now as we have received numerous offers for purchase as well.  <br /> I could see that it is important to Gabi to make this house exactly to our taste and went so much out of her way to work with us on the smallest details. Above all, I respected her integrity because she always made sure we know the price and labor before agreeing to anything so there were no surprises. That was huge to me personally because almost every remodel scenario I had heard about the customers ended up paying a great deal more than what was originally discussed and that was not the case for us. I also appreciated their timeliness and how they stuck to their word. In the end we had the house of our dreams.  <br /> I can't recommend them high enough. If you speak to Gabi you'll realize instantly that she's a woman who has integrity and will not over promise or say something that she felt was not true. That is golden. We now have an immaculate house which has a simple but eloquent look and that is just what we were going for. The house has a traditional European feel to it with incredibly tall ceilings and functional features which Gabi recommended to me herself along the way. She is also great at designing any style if you let her know which style to work with. She continually takes classes to educate herself on tasteful and quality building and I can't say this for most of the candidates we interviewed. If you are reading this review and looking for a solid contractor I recommend them 100%. <br />

Firstly. I can not  recommend Gabriella highly enough for her knowledge at new construction and remodeling, <br /> and understanding our needs for our projects. <br /> We were  so satisfied with her work, that we used Flawless Design Group Inc. for two of our houses in <br /> Tarzana, CA. <br /> On of our project was a ground up single family home built on hillside, that involved plenty of <br /> excavation and grading, and specified foundation work. Gabriella helped us design a European- style <br /> house with all amenities customized for us. <br /> Our other project was a 3500 square feet full remodel and second story addition. Most of the existing home was demolished, new foundation and framing has beem done on the home. The existing home was 2200 square feet and it became ~5000 square feet. We added 2 new bathrooms and a powder room, remodeled the existing bathrooms, the kitchen was fully renovated. <br /> All the work had been done with exceptional care and quality. She also designed all the interior for us from paint, to tile work , to cabinetry. All work has been done with with care, on a professional level.

I was shopping around for Contractors to come and give me bids for redesigning my master bathroom and was feeling overwhelmed by the high prices and not feeling heard for what I was trying to achieve with the remodel.  Flawless Design put all my worries to rest and congruently worked with me while understanding what I needed.  They were able to give me the Master jacuzzi I had been wanting and the high end spa look I had been wanting in my Master Bathroom.  They encouraged me to participate in the remodel and that put me at ease right from the start. Thanks to Flawless Design now I have the home spa of my dreams and with all the touch of elegance I had hoped for.
