I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10

We used Flo- Maxx to troubleshoot to find a leak. They found that it was our ice maker water line. The service went very well that seven days later we called about replacing our sump pump in the basement that went out.

They were very good. I think it was okay, what they were trying to do is, I have this major plumbing issue in my house, and they were able to figure it out, and they fixed it, and it's okay. They ended up doing more work than we initially estimated. You can say I have a little experience with them, they have been to the house four times I believe. It ended up being like $4000 total because they had to excavate to reach the pipe, and then get it fixed, so that took some time and money, so I will say, all in all I paid $3000-$4000, is all the money I paid to them. I always think they can do cheaper, in the same aspect I was really happy, they were careful, they cleaned when they were done, you know, it was in a reasonable way, because of course I understand they don't want to mop the floors, I thought that everything was in a good enough condition after they were done, so I was able to finish cleaning and whatever else, but it was really okay. They fixed the issue. Their responsiveness was pretty good.

Time will tell, however, they were here as promised. Very professional. Water is flowing again.

The mainline was rodded to the street, and the dishwasher now works properly, because before that the backup was flowing into the basement. Flomaxx completed the pump change, even though they desperately tried to save the prior pump from having to be taken out, I insisted that they change it because the leak had been going for over 6 months, after having the original plumber come back twice, and he had not resolved this issue. Flomaxx also discovered a leak in the toiled attached to the pump, and changed that with a toilet that I provided, and gave me a solution for another small laundry tub sink, that I was able to go get the part from Menards, and change myself.

Really well, while they did not call me when they were on their way as I was told, i have to say that the crew was very careful and very fast. They bent over backwards to help. Initially I thought it was going to be a more complicated rooting job, for which I hired them. They were supposed to flush the pipes that connected the sink drain to the grease trap. What ended up happening was that the pipes were broken. A second crew came in the very next day and excavated until they found the broken pipe and fixed it. The whole excavation was done in 6 hrs and it was not a small job. They had to cut out cement and excavate a 5 x 5 hole in the ground. Very pleased. The 1st group team lead - Kevin, was very professional. The second one was very good as well. I will definitely call them again. My impression was that their crews really knew what they were doing. they managed my expectations and kept me well informed through the process.

.After all was done, it went very well. They did tell me what may happen...(sometimes in these cases, the problem is larger than expected); however it looked like my worst fears did not materialize, i.e. broken or worn out pipes; however I knew if I had not acted when I did it would have gotten worse. I already had water coming into my basement as it was and that was warning enough for me. I am fortunate to have found Flo Maxx thanks to all of the excellent reviews. Now hopefully, the next time it rains, I will not have to bail out buckets of water...lol. <br /> Yes, I would definitely use them again, as a matter of fact I already have more work lined up for them. <br /> <br /> <br />

we aI originally had them out due to a leak on my toilet on the 2nd floor. it was determined that the problem was the Wax ring. They determined that to prevent any future problems it would be best to double up the wax ring. This work was done and I had them take a look at my toilet in my basement. After a discussion I determined it would be best to replace the toilet. An appointment was made for the following week and on the day agreed upon they came out and completed the job. Each time they were out they were professional and ensured that I understood everything that was involved before doing the work. They were quick in getting the job done and after they ensured that they cleaned up. <br />
