He quickly installed the new equipment. The solar water heater had been making strange sounds and the lights on the control panel had started rotating constantly. I asked him about it and he examined it and agreed it seemed to be acting strangely. He said he didn't know a lot about solar water heaters but would look it up over the weekend and come back to take another look. He returned today and figured out the problem at no charge. He is going to order a new pump to replace the defective one. While he was here he saw me and my two adult children attempting to move a very heavy awkward piece of furniture, He jumped right in to help us. He spent about 30 minutes here and didn't charge me. He has made me a loyal customer and I will use this company anytime I have a future plumbing issue. I'm not easily impressed but the service was impeccable and Edgar was very professional, polite, helpful and genuinely nice.

So glad to have had it done, saved my unit from a possible malfunction later. I discovered that the heater needed a heating rod and I wouldn't have known that if not for the inspection. The coupon from Angie's List was well worth the money. The rod cost an additional $125.00 but it was a lot cheaper than having to purchase a new water heater.

Only negative was that the technicians were 2 hours late. Everything else was great.

It went extremely well.. We moved hear 2 years ago and have had it serviced before but they were the first to check the pressures and add the charge we needed.. It works quitter, more efficiently and cooler. We will definitely use them from now on. They have done our plumbing for the last 2 years. They are better than the other plumbers we have used..

I have used flo pro in the past for a plumbing issue I was having so I decided to call them again for my air conditioner. They were very professional and fast. I will use them again.

I called to ask them to come out and give me an estimate as they give free estimates. They arrived several hours later, right on time. They found the problem and showed it to me. They fixed the problem as quickly as possible and completely and left the area of my yard in good repair. The amount they charged was less than half of what another company had said they would need to charge. These people are honest and good. I couldn't be happier with their service.

They did a great job. They were in and out in like less than half an hour. I think they were pretty comparable to what was out there with their price. It has never given me a bit of problem to think and it seems to be doing a great job. I think they called me back like as soon as I bought it because I needed a new garbage disposal. They were on time. They were very professional. I was impressed with the fact that they came in and got it done so quickly and they didn’t make a mess and they cleaned up after themselves.

The plumber Serviced water heater and gave me advice on plumbing throughout the house. He was very professional and didn't try to get me to have other work done, instead he advised me on how to fix it.

This was a major project and went very smoothly considering the scope of the job.

After inspection, gave written notes on potential plumbing issues as well as what was good. They gave solutions to the issues, including some which didn't cost anything. Before replacing water heater, gave options and provided benefits and drawbacks of each type of water heater, so I could make informed decision. Upon installation, made sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up afterwards. Explained parts of system, how to operate it and explained what maintance should be done to keep system working properly. Professional and helpful plumbers. I would definately hire again.

Picked up the phone on the second ring. Asked what we needed, asked for pictures of the problem water heater. Said they arrive in 30 minutes, and they did. Clean, well maintained service trucks. Both craftsmen wore company jackets and t-shirts. They were efficient, attentive to details, and meticulous. They were finished in an hour or so.

Well done and clean.

Went very well. They promptly replaced my water heater, was an almost emergency service done the following day after my purchase and when I called them.
