The installers were polite and did a good job. They left a little debris behind, but it was raining that day which contributed to what was tracked in when they brought the new water heated in.

From the beginning, Amanda showed professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. She made the entire process comfortable and pleasant by explaining all costs upfront with no hidden fees. There is a fee for coming out, but if you decide to use their services, the cost is waived or reduced by the total price. Someone came out and explained what was wrong with the water heater and suggested what to do and how to proceed. The technician quoted the same amount as Amanda from the beginning - so no surprises. Michael and Cooper came out to install the water heaters and was friendly and courteous. It took them about four to five hours to install and to re-pipe. When they finished, I am not sure if it was Michael or Cooper, but he said he would document and take pictures for us to send it to American Home Shield for reimbursement. I feel that not many companies will help with this. Price - I had a few companies come out, and they quoted me some outrageous prices. FloGuard was $2K cheaper than the other companies. Overall - I m so glad that we went with FloGuard Plumbing. The company is 5 STARS hands down. They have a new client for all our plumbing needs. I rely on reviews before deciding on a company to do any work like google, Facebook, and HomeAdvisor. There are not many reviews because it is a relatively new company. On time, very efficient. I was concerned having someone come to my home because of Covid 19, but he was well protected with mask, gloves, cover on shoes and i was told they change clothes between appointments. I of course kept my distance. Great service.
