Flood Tech 3

It went beautifully. The guys came out immediately, vacuumed out the water, removed affected carpet, took out the impacted drywall, and set up massive fans to dry the area. All of the ruined materials were taken away with them. They were great.

We have had a lot of services done at our home and I would say this is one of the worst companies I’ve worked with. Our insurance company referred them and the estimator came out and explained how they will scrub the walls, windows, cathedral ceiling, rug and furniture. We schedule the team and are given a 3 hour window of time. After not showing, I call and the cleaners eventually come 3 hours after their assigned block of time. They have no ladder, so can’t clean the ceiling or high windows, they have no rug shampooer, and they have no upholstery cleaner with them. We loan them a ladder so they proceed to wipe down the walls and windows. We’re told they will have to send someone out to do the carpet and furniture. I wait 3 days and no one has followed up with me to reschedule so I call and talk to a gentleman who says he’s not in the office and could I call back on Monday. I call back, speak to the same gentleman who again isn’t in the office but he did remember me. He said he’d call me back as soon as he got to the office. No call back. So I call the 3rd time and this time speak to someone in the office who says the soonest they can get to me is 1 1/2 weeks later. This is now 4 weeks from the initial visit. I rearrange my day so that I can be home and I wait during the 3 hour timeblock again, and no show. This time I call and actually speak to the owner, Peter. He says I’m not on the schedule! He does say he’ll call me back and he actually does a few hours later. He said I was on the schedule but didn’t show up on his screen. Mark was supposed to come and he called in sick that day so now I have to wait another 1 1/2 weeks for someone to come out. As one might imagine, after the stress of a fire and having to deal with this type of unprofessionalism, I voiced my opinion to Peter. I’m not sure how a business can be successful with this behavior unless they rely on insurance companies to refer customers. When I said that, Peter proceeds to say how hurt he was with such comments and now he couldn’t possibly let anyone come to our home. Huh? Oh, by the way, I’m a woman and one of the other reviews mentioned that they don’t like to deal with women. Hmmm.

They are very polite,responsive,respectful and efficient.

OK. The crew was very courteous, professional, efficient, and punctual.

I had a long term leak that caused a substantial mold issue. Flood Tech 3 came out, and even were willing to work close to the Christmas Holiday.  They did what they needed to do to get at the Mold, but they did as little damage as possible and really kept the place clean. They cleaned the mold out and took care of it so easily that my insurance investigator said immediately that while they would wait for the test results, it was obvious that everything was good to go for the repairs now. Additionally, I had to be out of town for a few days, and they had the key, were in a house full of personal belongings, etc... and there were no issues, everything was treated with care and was there when I got back. Ahmed kept me completely informed, while I was out of town, and again, with Mold there is always a problem, or difficulty, and yet the investigator came out, took a look, said everything was excellent, and this was backed up a few days later when the test results came back with zero mold in the house. Lastly, they were so careful about minimizing damage that my contractors doing the repair had a much easier time starting their portion of the work. I had a great experience and have recommended them to my insurance company for this type of work in the future. <br />

After discovering that my water heater had broken, I was referred to Flood Tech 3 to come and do water extraction.  Ahmad Noorzai and his team arrived within the hour after I called.  They immediately began with the water extraction, removed carpet and pad, cut out the damaged baseboard and drywall, and cleaned up the area before leaving. They left behind 2 blowers and a dehumidifier.  I was impressed with their response time and the team's professionalism, but it doesn't stop there.  After trying to compromise with the Insurance adjustor, an agreement couldn't be reached.  I would've been left to pay the outstanding balance, and although liable for it, Ahmad is so customer service focused that he told me not to worry about the difference.  He accepted the payment amount from me that I received from the Insurance company which was lower than his estimate.  This is what I call true customer service!!! <br />

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.  THEY DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH WOMEN. THEY DO VERY SLOPPY WORK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.  THEY DON'T WANT TO LIFT HEAVY FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THEY YELL AT CUSTOMERS AND WALK OUT ON THE JOB. <br />

What stands out most is how quickly they responded to me. I was going through a crisis and they were there right away to help. They were thorough and explained the process from end-to-end; and my insurance company paid for the incident. <br /> I referred them to 2 other associates. Just yesterday, I was reminded from one of my associates how good of a job they do. It behooves me to give praise when praise is due. Flood Tech 3 provides exceptional service! <br />

They came in a couple of hours after I called and pulled out all the damaged materials in several rooms and then set up fans and dehumidifiers. 4 days later they picked up the fans and dehumidifiers. The only confusing part was that they had us call another company to take the damaged materials away instead of taking the damaged materials away themselves. <br />

We experienced some major water damage inside our home. 2/3rds of one side of our house was destroyed. At the same time, we are going through a tough economical phase (prayerfully a phase). Flood Tech 3 showed up promptly and immediately began to assess the problems. They are very knowledgable, which added to the sense of security to us. We didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of during our venerability and they are highly recommended by our insurance company because of their professionalism. These guys are very polite and hard working. <br />
