Excellent. Chris, the owner assisted us throughout. His quote was lowest of three, and all inclusive, no possible hidden costs. The crew completed the floor in one day. The work is beautiful. Would use again.

Do not use this company! Chris the franchise owner took our deposit and disappeared! The number online is just a call center. You can not get in touch with him. He doesn’t respond to phone calls or emails. It was complete fraud and theft. I am filing a police report in the morning.

Chris Needham is a pleasure to work with and very professional. His guys did great work and were very clean.

All of the rave reviews on Angie's List mention the owner, Nancy. She's no longer there. There's a new owner/president. Nice guy, but not too good at follow-up or responsiveness. Everything- from the installation date to returned emails- took longer than it should have. After the installer "finished", there were still 4 things that weren't done- a broken piece of the bannister, a hole in the wall, black smudges on the stairs and several sections where the molding wasn't installed. I emailed the owner on a Tuesday to let him know that Thursday (2 days later) would be the best day for the installer to come back to finish. No reply. 10 days later, I sent another email to express my dissatisfaction- he returned this one and explained that the non-responsiveness was due to his "being in training". He also said that he was really surprised because he thought the job had been finished. He visited in person and showed no concern at all that he had a dissatisfied customer. He agreed that the job wasn't complete and badmouthed the installer. The same installer came back to finish the job- he left without saying a word to me after he was done. And I still have the black smudges on the white parts of my stairs. And no followup call or email from the owner. I sent him a note with a photo of the black smudges- he offered to come back. I said no and just asked them to mail me my final invoice. It took them 2 months to get that to me. I won't use them again.

It went very well. The installers did not haul away trash like they were suppose to even though the flooring company paid them to remove the trash.

Their product line and their service stood out to me as well as their willingness to adapt to our needs. Sometimes we have to stop things in the middle and then continue the service. They have no problem standing around waiting for the things to happen. They work on weekends. They're here early in the mornings and they clean up after themselves.

It went well. I found them on Angie's List. It was good. Everything was smooth. They did what they said they were going to do. They were very good about coming out here and spending time. They were very personable and very polite. It was expensive. They were much more expensive than somebody else would have been. They were very professional throughout the job.

Nancy was on top of everything. Returning calls promptly. Joe and his son were extremely precise and detail oriented. I would highly recommend their service! <br />

Nancy Shipley (owner) helped with choosing the new product and was on site to supervise install. Very nice men installed product, cleaned up afterwards. Vacuumed carpet.

<p>This is the third time I have used this provider - had my carpet floors replaced in my condo (throughout) with engineered hardwood and laminate in 2012. That job was flawless and the owner (Nancy) held my hand every step of the way and listened to ALL my comments, concerns, needs. Then they installed carpet throughout my new home "in minutes" so out move-in timeline is maintained. this job was done during a snow storm no less!!!!</p> So when it came time to do hardwood in my new home Nancy was an obvious choice. This new job went just as well - all of my needs/wants were addressed. Nancy was very patient and held my hand through the material selection process as I had a very difficult time deciding on the color. She came up with different ways to make my decision easier and waited for me to be sure. Once the job was underway she kept me very well informed. The workers came up with very creative ways around any hurdles that came up and the result was fantastic!!!!!!! <p></p> <br />

This is one of those companies that delivers exactly what they promise, no surprises.  Excellent quality and professionalism unmatched.  Friendly, happy and just glad to be doing the work they do, an absolute miracle! <br />

It went very well....a friend referred Nancy to me after my basement flooded.  She was very knowledgeable about all her products and helped me decide what type of floor to pick.  She is very personable and extremely easy to work with.  The basement was completed in a timely fashion and overall it was a great experience for me.  My basement looks amazing and I highly recommend her for all your flooring needs... <br />

I found this company online and left an email. Nancy, the owner called me right away and we set up an in home estimate. I had searched around for a laminate floor with 2 other companies previously and we were looking to start our home project soon. Nancy obtained information over the phone as to what I was looking for and what price range I was looking at and she was able to bring over some floor samples when she came over. Nancy and her entire staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish she was involved in the process. We are very happy with the finished product, it looks amazing.
