Great throughly the entire process!

We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in our living area,dining room and kitchen. Floor Coverings International was very easy to work with. The installers did a great job. I will use them again and would definitely recommend.

We needed carpet replaced in a living room. Carpet selection was very convenient at our house with Rob's assistance. It was helpful to see the samples on site. The installers arrived on time and were efficient and provided a very good installation. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and installation. Customer service was excellent at every stage. Price is competitive and was lower than a big box store for comparable carpet.

Remember that favorite “mom and pop” business from your childhood or that your parents talked about? Well, if you are looking for flooring, Kathy and Rob Bullock at Flooring’s International are the guys for you. I am pretty picky and found them to be first rate from the initial contact all the way through the installation of my engineered maple hardwood floors. The Bullocks are punctual, well-spoken, and professional with a hardworking and clean cut crew. I found the price to be very fair and excellent attention to detail given. Nice to see businesses like this still exist.

Rob was excellent to work with. He was a great help in selecting the best product for our home and worked diligently to find us the pattern and color we wanted. His 2 installers, Nick and Craig, arrived on time each of the 4 days it took to install our new vinyl flooring. They were pleasant and professional, and their experience in installing floors was evident. Their work was flawless. They were very careful moving our furniture around and did a great job cleaning up and repositioning our furniture. They also completed the installation ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. You will not be disappointed.

Very well. Our old carpet was trashed by our zoo. :) Rob was very polite and professional in his presentation and assessment. My wife was home when the crew did all the work, and thought they were very professional, respectful, and thorough. We also have a situation in our kitchen which will require some cabinet removal to repair a wall, and they have been very flexible with us in leaving a section undone for later completion when we are ready. We love the new floors, and have zero complaints.

We were very pleased with the owner. He responded to our first call immediately and was punctual to the appointment in our home. There was no pressure or hard sell. We explained what we wanted and he provided it immediately. The installers were friendly and did a great job.

They made everything very easy for us. Came out to do an estimate and show us samples, and returned about 2 weeks later for a one day installation. The estimate process was quick and easy, as was the installation. We did get one other bid and this one came in slightly lower, so I feel the price was fair.

I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the final product. I enjoyed working with Rob. He took the time needed to be sure the proper materials were ordered and double checked measurements. Working with the installation crew was a pleasure. My fellow "Yankees" tried to give me a hard time but we were evenly matched. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

We are so happy with our experience with Floor Coverings International. Rob Bullock is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. He guided us to a new floor product (Coretec) based on our home needs and likes/dislikes. The installation crew was fabulous too since our finished product looks magnificent. They were also extremely professional, arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the four days, and always left the working areas clean. We decided to hire Floor Coverings International by reading others' reviews and also went to a former customer's home to inspect their floor and talk to the owners. They couldn't say enough great things, and we had the same great experience throughout this project.

Rob was with us every step of the way. He helped us choose the right color and grade of carpet. His measurements were on target to minimize waste. The grout and tiling looks beautiful as well as the wood laminate floor. His installers were very professional and trustworthy. Rob was in touch through the installation process by checking in with me as well as the installers. Floor Coverings International was very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Job was done in about 2 hours. Floors looked great. An issue arose with laundry room floor and provider came back to fix it at no cost to me. Very professional and courteous.

We have dealt with many companies for services.  Kathy and Rob Bullock at Floor coverings international have been the BEST Company by far that we have dealt with.  They helped us out in a FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AFFORDABLE, NO DRAMA manner.  We had to cancel an order of carpet from another company that was a month and a half behind. We were living with dusty subfloors from 1977. Kathy and Rob came out right away with the mobile show room (it has everything you need to pick your flooring), and we seriously had beautiful carpet the next week. They are very professional and personable; everything about this experience was awesome. If we do any other floors will definitely call them!</p>

My wife and I had our entire house recarpeted by Floor Coverings International of Charleston.  We had previous experience working with Kathy Bullock for some interior design work and knew that she would be able to help us make the right flooring choices. <br /> Kathy and Rob came to the house with their mobile flooring showroom filled with hundreds of samples to choose from.  They were great at working with us to identify what styles and colors we like and that would go well in our home which really helped us narrow down the choices to make the final selection. <br /> Knowing that we were shopping the big box retailers as well as local carpet sellers they knew they would have to be competitive on their pricing. We didn't expect them to be able to match the competitors pricing but were pleasantly surprised when they were not only able to match the pricing but able to do so with a higher quality carpet and padding option. <br /> When it came to installation it was a big job and took two days to complete but they were personally on-site to supervise their crew to ensure everything was correct.  When the work was complete, furniture put away and carpet vacuumed they did a final walk through and inspection with us to make sure we were satisfied with everything. <br /> We highly recommend their services and will definately use them in the future for any flooring needs. <br />

Working with Kathy and Rob was very enjoyable. Not only were they very professional and offered great professional advise, but they were also very personable. They worked with us in meeting our time restraints, and got the job completed before schedule! Their follow up was also exceptional. I would and have recommended them to others. Not only do they make the choir of shopping for flooring more convenient, but also enjoyable. With the mobile showroom, it allows you to view the flooring in your own setting, with your lighting so that you can get a more accurate perception of what the flooring will look like. Floor Coverings International helped me design a new look for the floors in several rooms of my condo.  I did tile in the master Bath and carpet in the master BR and great room.  It turned out great!  Their price was fair and they managed the project from start to finish.  They did exactly what they said they would, including removing the furniture from the rooms at the start, replacing it when they were finished installing the floors, disposing of the old flooring, and cleaning up everything before they left.  They went over the job with me when it was completed and made sure everything was done to my (and their) satisfaction.  I will definitely use FCI for my next flooring project!
