Very professional experience. Jennifer brought samples to our home and gave a detailed quote. Installation was flawless - installers paid attention to detail and were very neat. We love the new floor.

Everything went well in the end. Was a little upset because my original choice of flooring was not available for 80 or 90 days and I needed it done ASAP. Totally happy with the job that was done, installers did a fantastic job. Always returned my calls made to them. Doug was nice to work with.

My wife and I used Floor Coverings International twice. Both experiences were five out of five stars. Jeff and his staff took the time to educate us on the laminate flooring and made sure we picked the right brand that was suited for our needs. The installation process was flawless and the crew doing the install job was top notched, very friendly and respectful of property. We would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for any type of flooring, for their home or business.

From my salesman Doug, to the installers it couldn’t have been a better experience. Everyone was completely professional and worked with me throughout the process. Doug got me several different samples till I found the one I want it. The installer showed up on time, got the job done in one day, and my house is cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I was so appreciative of the fact that they gave a military/veteran discount. They didn’t expect final payment until I was 100% satisfied and the job was 100% complete. I love my new vinyl plank flooring and I am 110% satisfied!

<p>  They arrived when they said they would be there and the installer was a very nice gentleman. I was a little surprised that there was only one person sent, but I was told that he was one of the more experienced guys. At the doorways I wanted the wood to transition smoothly without using a transitional molding being the floor were of the same thickness and he was able to do that. I had conveyed this to the salesman and I don't think that was passed onto the installer doing the job. It's a modular home, and where the units are connected there's a slight offset. I wanted them to level it that prior to installing. My wife and I both were disappointed. It didn?t have to be perfect, but slight enough to not be easily noticed to the naked eye.  You can feel the ridge and see it as well, but we can live with that. They were way understaffed for a 1200 sq. ft. flooring installation. Even though it was in the contract for them to remove old carpet and furniture I hired a friend to help me remove the carpet, padding, etc. and strip the floors completely. I wanted to be certain all the staples and nail pops would be taken care of.  We also transported the 30 boxes of flooring to the second level.  The floor delivery only provided drop off at 1st level.  I was glad I did that because it would have been too much for the one installer. The quality of installation was poor. It?s been 3 months and quite a few planks has moved, opening gaps.  Instead of lifting the detached heating registers and install flooring to the wall the planks were pressed against the register preventing me from raised and attaching back at their previous position.  This was after I had pointed out that the new flooring needs to go against the wall, at least enough were to allow expansion.  On the first day he started the floor a full plank from the wall and his reason was that the hot water base board's cover would hide that area.  I explained that it wouldn't in this case.  Even if that wasn?t the case I purchased enough flooring to cover the floor completely and would expect it all to be covered.  I believe he was more interested in speed than quality.  I know if it was sufficiently staffed for the amount of work the finished product would have been better. He was rushing near the end.  He was tire and it was getting late.  They did quote us 2 days of work and I feel like that would be expected with a 3 man crew, but not 1.  The second day he was rushing to finish and evidently not securing the planks as well as they should have been. He had to go back to a couple of places to make minor adjustments. The worker was polite and on time. He did question whether an area I pointed out was contracted. I assured him it was.  That should have been in his paperwork and it was an obvious quality determent installation point if installed any other way.  From a people stand point my overall experience with the company would be an A until the actual install.  The install is a C or less. Very disappointed from an installation stand point.</p>

Jeffrey was very punctual and responsive. He came with samples of different types of flooring for us to choose so there was no need to go to the store. He gave us free estimates on a few of the scenarios we were considering. The work was done exactly in the timeframe indicated, and included removal and disposal of old carpeting, moving the required furniture, and laying down the new laminate. The final results looked great and the cost was exactly the amount of the estimate. We were even able to get interest free financing for 18 months. We will definitely use FCI for any future flooring projects. <br />

Came on time for appointment. <br /> Brought all samples to the house. Did not have to go out to shop. <br /> Came on date promised, on time. <br /> Removed all furniture from the kitchen, nothing damaged. All put back when done. <br /> Removed all old flooring and removed it from the property. <br /> All workmen polite. Started work when they got here and worked steadily until job all done. <br /> Very satisfied with the results.

The installations were done as the owner said they would be done.

FCI was great to work with.  The sales team was helpful and gave us honest answers and their full attention. <br /> When the original hard wood we chose turned out to be on back order, the sales associate came out to our house the next day with replacement options and helped us pick something else that was similar.  He also didn't charge us any extra even though the replacement was a slight upcharge. <br /> In addition the installers showed up on time and worked hard the whole way through.  They did a beautiful job and completed the install in one day as promised.  <br /> They moved our furniture and worked through some challenging detail conditions in the room they did for us. <br />

Extremely well.  Salesperson was punctual, straight forward, & quoted a fair price. Installers who followed up were also punctual, efficient and cleaned-up upon completion. The salesperson, Jonathan Conley, was especially helpful even to the extent of following up on-site after the flooring was replaced & dropping off some special laminate hardwood flooring cleaner. <br /> <br /> <br />

We've used Brett several times and find his pricing to be fair, his work to be good and most importantly, I'm confident he is committed to providing good value and making sure his customers walk away satisfied.   <br /> I can't vouch for whether his pricing is good, because frankly I didn't do any price comparisons.

I have used Brett from floor coverings international several times.  They have done carpets in my office and my home.  They have done carpets in my families homes also.  Brett came to my home and was very responsive to my needs. He didn't try to push anything on me.  I told him that I wanted a price for carpeting and when he came to my home he had a great selection to chose from(with him, that I loved).  He listened to me and my husband and I are very happy.  The gentleman that came out to install were on time, polite and communicated very well with my husband and I. The price was the price, nothing got added. I think Brett is a very nice person with a lot of integrity and I think he does good work.  I would use him again! <br />

We had an estimate for the same work done at one of the "big box" stores and Floor Coverings international was lower than the original estimate. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of their work is very impressive. We were not sure if we liked the way the carpet was fit to one of our stairs and the company offered to send their Manager out to assist us in correcting the issue. They took our overall feedback very seriously and for that, we will continue to use them for any floor covering needs in the future.

Updated 7/31/2013: Although it would not be fair to rate FCI / Brett a perfect A for this transaction due to a problem I did have with the job, I do think people and companies should be judged far more by how they respond to problems rather than on a black and white expectation that things will always go perfectly or terribly. <br /> <br /> I can now say from experience that Brett stands by his work. In fact, at this point I think he went out of way to make sure he resolved things satisfactorily. To me, that is a very important quality to look for in your search for a contractor.  <br /> <br /> I would definitely recommend FCI / Brett Ostroff and will continue to use his company for flooring needs.  <br />

Although, FCI of Cherry Hill comes to your home with samples, I had been browsing the carpet selections at Lowe's and Home Depot and found one that I liked very much.  That's when I decided to re-carpet my home.  I called FCI of Cherry Hill and told them that I wanted to re-carpet my home, but that I had found a pattern that I really liked.  They said "No problem!"  They looked at my sample and found the maker and I was soon on my way to new carpet throughout my home.  Jonathan, the salesman, came to my home and was very professional and punctual.  He showed me the sample of the carpet they found that matched my sample.  It was perfect!  In fact, it was actually a better quality than the store sample.  It was thicker and softer.  Jonathan measured my home, told me where the best places to put the seams were and laid out my carpet for minimal waste.  He used an application on his laptop to do that.  He told me about when the carpet would be in and his estimation of the delivery was spot on!  The installers came and moved my furniture carefully, pulled up the old carpet and pad, vacuumed the bare floor and then proceeded to install the new carpet.  They replaced the furniture before they left.  Because of the large area, they did several full rooms the first day, and completed the house on the second day.  This way nothing was torn up and all the rooms were usable throughout the night.  <br /> The carpet is still beautiful!  It hasn't stretched or worn and the seams are still invisible.  I would totally recommend FCI of Cherry Hill (Floor Coverings International of Cherry Hill) to anyone who needs any kind of flooring.  They also installed vinyl for me a few years ago which I was also very pleased with. <br />

Their prices were competitive, their installers were polite and hard-working, and they were very accomodating about a carpet that had been installed by another company.  Ultimately, I am very satisfied with the service.  I would highly recommend them, and I would have them back at any time.
