It went ok. I was hoping I would get more out of it, than I did. I never did any work with them,I got her to come out and give me an design for my bathroom. I felt like that they could give you more ideas or something, but I was the one coming up with the ideas. Basically, wanted them to re design my bathroom, reconfigure it, and felt like she was not taking charge, like I was the one taking charge.

Everything went well and I was and am satisfied.

Everything went OK as I recall.  Less than a year after installation, the shower door handle came loose but installer returned and secured it and all is well.

<p>Quality of the work was good and the main workers (painter/handyman) did outstanding work. However, the main contact person was non-existent. We met her when she bid the job and didn?t see her again until nearing the end of the project when touch-ups were not completed as identified. We had to contact the store and work with the business owners (parents, specifically the mother) to get answers/confirmation related to the work.  They had too many different individuals in and out of the house and we never knew who was coming and when they would arrive. We waited at home twice and no one showed up. The final job was good, but the process was painful. </p> <br />

They were nice. We just didn't end up really liking their plans. They did seem a little overpriced. We didn't pay any more. I don't think she listened to me very well. It was a difficult design. But in the end, she had an open doorway into the bedroom from the bathroom. I don't think that's normal. I think they didn't listen as well as I would have liked them too. But more than that, they were just very expensive. We've had others. So, they really were very expensive.

Five stars for Floor Coverings & More!!!  Jose with FC&M was highly responsive, professional & courteous in working with me throughout my project, from scheduling the estimate and installers to following up to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction.  Marcella arrived right on time to review the project and to provide the estimate.  The granite installers were punctual and did a quality job with the fit, finish & seaming.  And Jose was fantastic!  The original granite sample that Marcella and I picked out was no longer available, and Jose personally visited several granite fabricators to find a beautiful and comparably priced replacement.  There was a conflict with one of the appointments, and Jose called me well in advance to reschedule.  There was a small mishap when the installers were completing the work.  The installers were immediately apologetic and said they had already notified Marcella.  Normally, I quake when situations like this arise because contractors can sometimes try to disown responsibility.  Not so with FC&M -- Jose immediately came out to the house to assess the problem and immediately arranged for the repairs to be done quickly and professionally.  I was blown away by FC&M/Jose's integrity!  Thank you for a great job -- I love the finished work in my bathroom and I am impressed by the workmanship quality of your tradesmen and by your company's professionalism. <br />

Same Great service as they did on my kitchen last year!  <br /> They are very friendly and on point on every detail. <br /> Marcela help me pick the right tile for my house and let me tell you it looks fantastic, Wood looking tile looks great it gives a new look through the House. <br /> They perform the installation in just 3 day and crew was very polite. <br /> Thanks Floor Coverings and More!!! <br />

Cant Say Enough good things about Marcela and FCM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Most people would characterize me as a negative person but with this remodel experience with her I really don't have much of anything bad to say.    The work was done promptly and with great detail. Entire house remodel only took a little under a month and she beat her time frame.  They were excellent in helping me pick out colors and making suggestions but at the end of the day when I told them I didn't want to do something I never felt like she was pushing her agenda on me.  The most important thing was when I needed to talk to her I was responded to immediately from the first contact.  Also had some small things that went worng after the checks were written and cashed and she came back the very next day and fixed them.  She also stayed within a rough budget and always gave me suggestions that gave me the best bang for my buck. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I know this sounds like a fluff piece but it is not I just cant believe it went as easy as it did when all I had heard were horror stories about remodeling and contractors <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Remodeling anything is a pain in the butt with that said if you are going to do something around ur home you should give Marcela and FCM a call for quality work done at a fair price <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ask Marcela for a reference and I would be happy to speak with u about more details of my really nice experience

Did a very nice job; my counters are smooth and shiny again. She was grateful that I had cleared and wiped down my counters prior to her arrival. Apparently that was a bit novel! <br />

UPDATED REVIEW -- NOV 2015 -- Updated Ratings  <br /> <br /> The original service was performed in Oct 2014 and our original review was a year later in Oct 2015.  Our original review indicated we didn't receive the complete service according to the Big Deal.  Within a day of posting this first review, Floor Coverings & More contacted us to setup a new appointment to visit and make things right.   <br /> <br /> FC&M visited us early Nov 2015 and we reviewed the thoughts and topics from the first visit.  It turns out that our tastes haven't really changed, so this was an efficient visit and basically a refresher.  A week-and-a-half later, FC&M provided the 3D images of our kitchen.  The images are quite nice and what we were looking to have from the Big Deal.  There are two basic color schemes in the drawings - a light and a dark - and I like that I have a clean and fresh view of my kitchen as a starting point to re-think it.  <br /> <br /> Overall, we're pleased with the company and service.  Had everything gone to plan the first time through, we would have rated an A.  Since we had a hiccup in the process with a redo, we rated an overall B.  The review process through Angie's List worked quite well in our case, and - as with so many providers here - it's great to see a real and human effort to insure value and customer satisfaction.  <br /> <br /> Thanks and regards, <br /> <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL REVIEW --  OCT 2015 -- Original rating was an Overall D.  Here's the review: <br /> <br /> "This is perhaps my fault as much as the provider's, but we never received a <br /> 3D model of our kitchen.  That was the only reason we purchased the <br /> deal.  As it is, we only have an e-mail quote that cost us 50 bucks, and <br /> that's not a good deal at all.
