Floored At Home

Amt and Paul were great help getting the job done swiftly. We needed our new house refinished quickly. Our floors were dark and d wanted to get a more natural look. Paul helped us through the process, explaining the material and what the end result would be. And they have the insurance which covers all the liabilities that our HOA requires.

I called FlooredAtHome and spoke to Amr. He assisted me greatly. We conducted a Zoom meeting with Tom Duffy, the project manager, who explained everything thoroughly. My husband and I agreed, and made a deposit. The following day, Paul Dobrynin called me to set up everything. He sent an email detailing all the steps that would be carried out the following day. At 7:30 in the morning, the worker arrived. He started working and nearly completed everything on the first day. The following day, he arrived at 7:30 in the morning and finished up. The results were astounding, and I was incredibly satisfied. I greatly appreciated the speedy service.

Floored At Home was very easy to work with and very adjustable to my schedule. They were able to make on the day changes and adjustments to include redoing all my floor molding. They are flexible in pricing and give you many options to give you the most bang for your buck. I would use them again!

Great experience with Floored At Home, they did an excellent job leveling my kitchen floor and replacing the flooring with a new vinyl plank. The room was a complex shape as well but they navigated that with no issue. Reasonable price and accommodated my fairly tight schedule.

We had old vinyl tile and carpet we wanted to completely replace with SPC based flooring. Thomas came in with consultation and thoroughly went through the requirements and options. The final cost was well within the estimate as we kept an open mind of complications that may arise during the demo. The work include demo of carpet, resurfacing the subfloor as the carpet and old vinyl were not level, adjustment of the moulding. 535sqft of work required 2 days of work. The demo and install teams we're great, punctual, and respectful of the private space and belongings. Would easily recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Chris in the Rye front office was very helpful and responsive. Paul came to our home and discussed what we should expect. Together, we selected the right shades of oak flooring. The two man team who did the tear out and replacement were our “floor whisperers.” They know all the nuances of preparing the subfloor in order to get the finished floor just right. Each day they arrived on time and worked relentlessly on their craft. They answered our questions, addressed our concerns, and respected our home. We could not have been more pleased.

Perfect. The floored at home team were professional and a pleasure to work with. My floors, in my 100 plus year old house , look new. The team were patient and helpful with all my questions and left the house spotless once the work was completed.

Totally professional experience. Excellent installation crew not only in workmanship but left my home clean every day that they were working there. Paul is excellent customer service oriented. I have future work that i will be doing and will not use anyone else for my flooring needs.

Excellent. The people from Floored at Home were really helpful and professional from start to finish. They thoroughly answered all of our questions, were punctual on the day of the job, the quality of the work was top notch and the pricing was very reasonable. We had a prior flooring experience with another company that left me with a bad taste in my mouth: the quality of the work was terrible and we were very disappointed. I would definitely use Floored at Home again in the future and I have recommended them to friends looking to put down new or re-finish old floors.

Josh was the project manager. He is super responsive, detailed and on top of the project the entire way through providing us with updates and next steps. His crew was punctual every single day they were by. We initially wanted the floors stained a bit darker but upon learning a bit more about pine from Josh, we opted for natural. I was a bit nervous about what it would end up looking like but we are super happy: they came out great. —highly recommend.

We had approximately 450-500 square feet of hardwood upstairs that needed to be refinished. This included 3 bedrooms and a few closets. The process with Paul and team was quick and easy! They came by for a quote within a few days, and we were able to schedule whenever worked for us. They moved our larger furniture downstairs and were able finish the whole process within a week (giving a few days for everything to dry and air out). We moved out for the week since I am currently pregnant, and thankfully there was hardly any smell when we got back. We also got pictures texted of the floor while we were away! The finished product is amazing!

The process was a great experience and if needed I will use them again. My floors look great and the guys were a pleasure to watch and they answered all my questions. They were professional and cleaned up when finished. My floors look amazing. GREAT JOB GUYS!
