The customer service at this store is impeccable. We were trying to get our home on the market to sell at peak season, and had arranged Lowe’s to install new carpet. They arrived with the wrong carpet and could have cared less. Would have had to wait 2 weeks to get the situation corrected. Walked into Flooring Solutions and asked the impossible. Rather than laughing me out the door, Shawne and his team immediately called to source which carpets were in stock and in town, and arranged their installer to be there the next day. Service like this is exceedingly rare in today’s business world, and I sincerely appreciate them going off script to help me out of a jam. The potential difference amounts to thousands of dollars by having the house looking great and on the market at the right time. I will never buy flooring anywhere else. Thank you guys.
