Job was scheduled very quickly due to time constraints on, our part. Scott & John arrived promptly every day & labored over every detail of the flooring. Lee was also prompt and installed all my carpet in one day. Excellent workers we are extremely pleased with all their work.

Ken earn to my house and measured the airport i would need answering all my questions thoroughly. He explained stuff to finish the removal process patiently down very and many in divided. Date was green and carey a job arrived immediately. Both were focused and explain careful but it included determined to all. My flooring just perfect, This job was done with this love owner 150% satisfied.

Ken Burton was very efficient and professional and quick to offer help and accommodate in the selecting and measuring carpet, in setting up installation. Two men did installation beyond our expectations. Very "can do" attitude, polite and above all professional job done.

They made sure to use the more expensive waterproof adhesive so that <br /> this problem won't happen again. Joe is great to work with as are his <br /> installers. <br />

I called Flooring USA and Mike came over with plenty of samples to choose from. We picked a carpet and mentioned how we have water that comes in 2 of the windows when it rains and we went with a carpet with a marine backing and marine glue to protect the carpet. Mike said the carpet would be in within 2 weeks. Received call 2 weeks that the carpet was in and set up a date for installation.  We had Lee and another worker come over on time and went right to work. They were very professional, and worked very hard. When it was done it looked absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend Flooring USA.. They were A+. <br />

Awesome people! We were in town to rehab a rental property and on a very tight schedule, The guys at FlooringUSA were able to squeeze us in on short notice and rocked it out! They installed 3 rooms of carpet & Padding super quick and very professional with no hidden surprises ...They even picked up our huge roll of carpet that we purchased from another supplier (we would have bought from them if it was for our own home but this carpet is in a rental property and we went for a low grade generic brand). <br /> Thank You Very Much, Shawn & Madison (Chicago, IL) 5STAR! <br />

Smooth as silk, beautiful outcome.  Edwin and partner worked and sweated (literally and profusely!) to get everything right, and they did.  Upstream at the showroom, Ken was really fun to work with--smart, funny, and total commitment to being a good consultant, rather than a high-pressure salesman--told me to start by picking out what I liked, not worry about the price, we could always find more inexpensive equivalents later.  I wound up picking a tile after the original estimate that I thought was high-end and would be an additional expense, wound up saving $$$!  Needless to say, my future bigger-ticket items (kitchen flooring and quartz back-splash, carpeting throughout the majority of rooms) will be with this company. <br />

This provider has excellent service.  Mario came out to our home to install and he did a great job.

They did a great job. The installers were outstanding.

from the very first call to set up an appt to see the flooring it was a good experience. Joe brought many samples for me to pick from and all of them were of the best quality.  when I picked the one that I wanted Joe set up the installation to begin the next week on Monday for the flooring to be delivered. Tuesday morning the crew came to start the installation. They started by moving all the furniture out of the room where they started.  Pat and Fred were very knowledgeable about all the details of the installation.  They took their time and did the installation perfectly. Everything that Joe put on the contract to be done was done with professionalism and were much attention to detail. My floors look SPECTACULAR!! <br />

<p><strong>The store subs out its installation work to qualified contractors.</strong></p> <p>Flooring Usa Inc bent over backwards to coordinate carpet installation with other contractors working on the house at the time. I was offered a bit of a discount on some extra carpet that was sitting around the store for a while and he wanted to move it. His price was an installed price. It included everything. No nickel and diming based on the phase of the moon, or extra travel, weird room shape, etc. His price was very competitive compared to others. It was a mostly vacant house. I gave them 50% down on an AMEX card. They showed up on time for the measurement as well as the install. After the install I drove down the next day and gave them the other 50%.</p> <p>Subsequently, my brother needed to have the kitchen vinyl replaced at the same address. After getting nickeled and dimed and somewhat gouged by other companies I recommended he simply call Flooring USA. My brother went down there. When he gave the address the sales guy remembered the job from about 60 days prior. Again, gave my brother a deal on a roll of vinyl they wanted to move. Their scheduling was a bit out of sync with my brother's work schedule. My brother gave them ZERO down and the keys to the now vacant house. He came back into town 10 days later and the job was 100% complete. He called in the AMEX to pay for the job.</p> <p>These folks are easy to work with and price competitive. They are worth a look.</p> <br />

The flooring is beautiful and very well put in by two men all in one day!  In order to respond to my issues regarding poor communication, after we came to an agreement on date and time that would work for both parties, they arrived at 9:30 am and did not leave until 6:15 pm with no lunch break!  Excellent quality workmanship on install and I am very happy with the end result (they did miss putting in the final transition strip from the hallway to the carpet in my bedroom)   <br />  I only had issues with one person out of the four I dealt with at Flooring USA.  I have a couple recommendations for better communication:  1.  No matter what, be nice to your customers whatever problems happen.  2. You already have an excellent communicator in Mike, so let him deal with the customers and refrain from using Tony (I think the owner) who was not nice and was quite argumentative with me on the phone. 3.  Use the modern tools you have already to make less phone calls and chances for bad customer service-answer your email from both your website, Angie's List and personal from business cards!   <br /> I wrote notes four times and never got a response! - two from the Flooring website, one to Mike's hotmail address and one through Angie's List about the missing transition piece.  I am not sure how others feel, but I love the convenience of using email rather than phone calls and I think Flooring USA would too! <br /> Don't get me wrong readers!  I do recommend using Flooring USA in New Port Richey, but if you do, don't expect using electronic communication, and stay on them.  You will be happy with the results. <br />

Two men did remove the furniture in the rooms where they worked, removed the  old carpet and padding, and cleaned the <br /> floor before installing the new pad and carpet.  The crew were very nice and worked steady until the work was completed. <br /> This occurred all in a matter of 5-6 hours <br />

<p>Work was completed in 2 day with EXCELLENT results.</p> <br />

I'm having my master bathroom remodeled so I requested that the installation be delayed until that project was completed to prevent any possible damage to the new flooring. <br />

<p>I dealt with Michael at USA Flooring.  He was knowledgeable and very helpful.  I was able to take several samples home before I made my choice.  After I made my selection, Michael came out the next day and measured my project and worked up a quote, which was in line with other quotes I received.  After I gave him the OK, and set up and installation date, we had a slight problem.  The Armstrong factory did not have enough of the flooring in stock, so Michael offered me an up-grade from my original selection at the same price.  What a great way to deal with the problem.</p> <p>On the scheduled date of installation, four installers arrived on time at 7:00 am.  They were polite and worked well as a team.  They were through with 2 bedrooms by 3:30 pm.  The rooms looked beautiful.  The installers cleaned up after themselves and removed the old carpeting and other refuse.  Then they were willing to help me move bedroom furniture from one bedroom to another; move a dresser from downstairs to a bedroom upstairs; and move my computer desk and office furniture to the second bedroom.   Probably more furniture than they normally have to move, and they were happy to do it.</p> <p>The next day two installers, which I understand is a normal crew, were at my door at 7:00 am.  They worked non-stop and stayed until 9:30 pm to finish my master bedroom.  The only portion that was not completed that day was the transition strips for the doorways, and they were out bright and early the following day to complete the installation.</p> <p>My overall opinion of the experience was more than satisfactory.  I was impressed with everyone's professionalism and helpfulness.  I have plans to tile other areas in my home, and I have no qualms with using USA Flooring for this project as well.</p>
