Floor Max

Max and his crew did a GREAT job! They finished 1-2 days earlier than projected with the same results. Max's recommendations on the finish were what I needed to protect against my dogs. The feel in my house is cleaner and lighter. I'd recommend them to anyone! I wish I could post Before and After pictures :)

Excellent. Old 1964 wore out floors, sanded completely, stained, poly. Great price, excellent quality, but most important Max is honest, hardworking, and dependable. I have used in 2 jobs and will use again in the future.

Max and his team did an excellent job on our floors! Our house was a combination of hardwood and carpet. We wanted to get rid of the carpet and go completely to hardwood. They ripped up carpet and replaced it with new hardwood. Then they sanded and refinished existing and new hardwood to match. We are extremely pleased with the job that they did! Floors look great and Max was trustworthy and very considerate and patient with us while we decided what to do. I would recommend Max to anyone!

Max and his team did an outstanding job refinishing my floors. They look amazing and their attention to detail was clearly apparent. They also did a great job cleaning up everything. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Max and his crew were on time and finished when he said they would finish. Great group of guys. Professional and friendly. We had old wood removed and new prefinished wood installed. Everyday when we came home even though we were in the middle of an install the areas were cleaned and their tools put away. We would hire them again.

Estimated the job would take two weeks and they were able to finish in 9 days to help us get back into our house sooner. Floors turned out magnificent.

I have a house that was built in the 60s, and I the wood floors have never been refinished. My cousin tols me about Floormax so I called and hired them. I was not expecting much since the floors were not in the greatest condition. Well, I was so so wrong! I could not get over my floors when they were finished. Its was like they had put brand new wood flooring down. I was amazed and in awe. My floors are absolutely gourgeous now. Keep in mind how old my floors were. I wish i had a before picture to post. The men were courteous, hard working and they were done in no time. I highly highly recommend Floor Max if you need anything done to your floors, you can't go wrong! Im very pleases with the outcome of my floors.

The staff at floormax were friendly and professional. They scheduled a time to do the work and performed exactly what we wanted in a timely manner.

The installed wood looks fantastic! All the details are there - caulking, thresholds, &etc, The old hardwoods look fresh and neat, and the tile job is amazing; very clean and sharp. The guys were all easy to work with, and Max knows pretty much everything about floors and flooring; he explained everything well and took care of all the details. They ran a little over on schedule, but the end product looked so good it didn't really matter.

Max and his crew were very professional. The entire project took three weeks to complete. Three to four workers showed up every workday from project start to completion including one weekend. Max worked diligently to get the colors right and fix things that we didn't like. We plan to use FloorMax to install hardwood upstairs in the near future.

Everything went very well.

The team of 4 men came and were able to start a day early. They brought samples of floor stains because I wasn't sure what I liked. They even stained a patch of flooring to show the different colors; once I picked one, they re-sanded the floor where the stains were and made it look like nothing had been put down. They showed up on time over several days to do the work and to let the stain and then the sealant dry. They did a super job taping off my rooms and carpets to avoid getting stain on them and they vacuumed all the dust up. The floor came out beautiful. Great job!

Wonderful. The floors are absolutely beautiful. The work was timely and completed in a professional manner. The price was more than competitive as I got more than one estimate. Max even checked with me after my furniture was moved to see if any repairs were needed. I recommend them highly.

The job was challenging. The flooring was different widths and the subfloor had a few obstacles (slight mismatches, some concrete, etc). Max and the guys remained professional and patient. Max did a great job of proposing ideas and providing samples to help us decide the best route to take to get the look we wanted. The guys from Floor Max did a great job. Fantastic! Everyone was very professional, honest and hard working. The house is over 55 years old, so matching the floors was going to be a problem. Not for FloorMax. I cannot tell the new from the old, and the grey stain I wanted is exactly what I got. The matte finish is so beautiful, I am so pleased. We are planning to use this company again to refinish the floors in our other home

Max, the owner, was very conscientious and wanted to make sure everything went right. They even took extra precautions like putting felt tips on the legs of my furniture and they actually offered to do that after they quoted me a price so they didn't charge me extra for it.
