Floor Max is a local family-owned business based in Aurora, CO since 2001. Our team have performed thousands of flooring projects right here in the metro Denver area. We can supply flooring products of every type, quality and every price range. We specialize with hardwood floors but also we do carpet, laminate and vinyl planks. For our customers' convenience, we don't have big and expensive showroom but instead, we bring our mobile showroom to their homes which saves them a lot of time in traffics and thousands of Dollars in savings.

"Dust is controlled during refinishing and kept at very low level. Most dust is produced when we do other work. On this project we had to tear out wood in bathroom and reinstall new wood and we also had to remove old carpets. There is no way to control dust during demolition projects. About the oil based finish, we didn't have much choice. Since we didn't do the whole floor, wee had to color and finish match with existing floor, which was oil based finish. If we would use water based products, color difference would be significant."
