Shamond did my carpet and did a great job. Once the carpet dried it passed the barefoot test. The carpet felt soft and pliable. No hard residue soap feel. I would definitely use them again.

Floor Pro is so easy to do business with. Made the appointment over the phone for the next day. Got an email confirmation right away. Text message the next day reminding me they were coming. Text message with a picture when they were on their way. I was given a two hour window and they were right in the middle of it. Excellent work, clean, courteous technician. Definitely recommend

Jimmy and Steven were excellent. There was a reminder text message the day before they were due to come and they called the morning scheduled and actually arrived early. They did a great job and were very personable and helpful. They did a few extras as well, without charge. Would definitely use them again!

Paul & Virginia (owners) were very professional. The staff that performed the service were knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately, some damages did occur which my husband repaired. The total price was reduced as a result of the damages.

cleaned two very dirty rugs and made them look great. Staff was world class. Arrived on time, worked hard, paid attention to detail, great customer service. Took great care to not damage anything. Even put furniture up on blocks to keep off damp rug when finished. Bottom line- best service provider I've encountered in a long time. Would hire again. I spoke with Larry regarding pricing and pick-up/delivery of two of my area rugs. He was quick to respond and give me a quote. We arranged a pick-up date and the drivers were on time and courteous. The rugs were returned on time, and they looked fantastic. I would highly recommend Floor Pro to my friends and neighbors! <br />

These guys are the real deal ... they did a GREAT job. I would recommend them to anyone. The carpets they cleaned for us had not been cleaned in years, and had been lived on by little kids and a puppy ... upholstery never cleaned. These guys did a superb job, were on time, worked hard, made sure I understood what was happening, were careful about safety, didn't damage anything. They send you pictures of the people who are coming, which I'd never seen before and is very considerate. Great service!

<p>Larry and all the guys are Floor Pro are awesome. They truly are "Pros." They are on time, every time and always communicate with us. They have clean trucks, new equipment and are always friendly and happy to see us. They also clean the floor in our bathroom. The whole office is refreshed and clean when they leave. Larry (the owner) came and did a great job cleaning some well worn builders generic carpet which doesn't hold up very long. We had small stains from food and life with 2 kids and 2 dogs and Floor Pro got everything cleaned up quickly. He was a very nice guy and very professional and I will defiantly hire him again! I highly recommend Floor Pro. :)
