Floors look great! Had Vinyl floors in stalled in our basement. The installation went quickly and smoothly. Took about 6 hours to install 450 square feet. We've dragged furniture and gym equipment across the floors and not a scratch on them. Price was among the lower end of bids we received. Only negative is they were a tad pushy with the sales calls. But as far as the quality of the work and the price we have no complaints.

Highly recommend the company. Sam worked with me through the entire process which included an insurance claim. Very responsive, informative, and helpful. The company prioritized my needs with claims, materials, installation. The installation was professional, beautiful job and again they worked with me to fix last minute details. I will definitely only work with the company for any future flooring products. Extremely happy and satisfied customer!

Sam and his crew were amazing! I cannot say enough about how professional and caring they were during the whole process! The time from start to finish was much shorter than quoted and Sam made reaching him so easy. His crew was so sweet and professional-they arrived early both days (which I have NEVER experienced from any contractor) and were so conscientious of our home and belongings. I had to leave for work before they finished the last day and they cleaned up beautifully and even rearranged all of our furniture exactly to where it was-it didn’t even look like we just had our house completely flipped! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Sam and his crews were professional, friendly, efficient and always on time!! I requested a meeting to discuss flooring and dry wall options after a pipe broke, flooding a portion of my basement. Sam contacted me immediately and set up a consultation. He reviewed all of my options with me and gave me an estimate within hours. I'm particular and have difficulty making decisions about color and such, but Sam was patient always available to help me along when questions arose. Once I finalized color choices, Sam had installation scheduled and underway within just a couple of days. Installation of new flooring, new drywall where necessary and paint was completed in less than two days. Couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend Floors and Designs to my friends and neighbors. I look forward to working with Sam again on future projects!!

Floor and Designs has been incredibly responsive – they are quickly provided a quote for new carpeting and installed the carpet a couple days later. Sam listened and responded accurately to my needs- that the carpeting is for a rental unit and that I need to re-rent the apartment quickly. He was prepared with suitable samples showing he read and understood my email inquiry. Their cost estimate was competitive to others however their communication with me and their response time far out exceeded the customer service that I received from their competitors.
