Hiring Floors by Dave was the best decision I could have made. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I have a large home with a staircase and the bottom step was a curved larger step. Dave made a step so I wouldn't have to sacrifice the original design. He did an incredible job of matching the engineered hardwood. I could not be more pleased with the job.

Dave is the best! He is directly involved in the intallation process from start to finish. This is his business so he is hands on from the get go. He is a knowledgable, personable, and hard working person who cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. He was very patient with me and answering all of my questions and explained the installation process in detail ahead of time so there were no surprises. My floors look beautiful and are a reflection of Dave's solid old school values of craftsmanship and customer service. He provides top notch service at great prices. I am so happy I found Dave Card to replace my old carpets and put down beautiful new vinyl flooring in my 3 rooms. Dave was outstanding. If you want the best look no further. After scheduling an appointment, he arrived at our home and gave us an estimation for the installation of wood laminate floors in two rooms. Dave was a very knowledge and a nice guy. I felt comfortable around him immediately and more importantly, my then pregnant wife felt comfortable with him as well. Additionally, his quote was clear, fair and has no hidden charges. He explains everything to you down to the last detail and he takes his time answering any questions you may have. What he estimates, is the cost of the job. There are no delayed or hidden charges or last second adjustments on the price. After we bought the supplies, our job was done. Dave showed up on the agreed upon date and time(which is very rare with any type of contractor) and immediately went to work. I was glad to see that he was personally involved in the work and simply did not send a team like many others do. Dave and his team were careful, efficient, meticulous and clean. After taking the necessary precautions to ensure no damage to the furniture, they quickly removed the carpeting in both rooms and installed the laminate flooring. Dave has a incredible attention to detail and it really showed in the odd angles and corners of the room. The installed flooring was fitted perfectly and seamlessly by his team. He completed the job in the time he had approximated, cleaned up and bid us a good day. We have received many inquires as who installed our floors as every one is amazed by the quality of work. I would hire Dave again in a heartbeat. If you want the best look no further. Thanks Dave!

Dave is a superb expert on flooring installation and more and his workmanship is second to no others. We had a wonderful experience with Dave and his crew. Even during the busy holiday season, they made time to come out quickly and install new flooring just in time for our family to arrive from out of town. They were able to trouble shoot issues and get us a perfect end product, with quite literally the best prices in town. We would definitely hire Dave again.

The Kitchen floors and the room divider was beautifully done, he went above and beyond his work, to get the looks of the kitchen like brand new. He came and gave good estimate, on time for the estimate and job, very professional, completed the job in a timely manner. He is very organized with his work.

Dave was able to remove the undermined boards and match them perfectly. We could not find any boards that matched Dave said he would try. He found them and since they were such a small quantity he didn't charge us for the materials. For the 3 visits needed for the job he was always here at the time he he promised. At the end they cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend him for any flooring project. I wish he did more things

This is my second time working with Dave in projects at my house. I first found him via Angie’s and he replaced the carpet for hardwood floor in three bedrooms of my new home. About a year later I noticed that the hardwood floor from living area was buckling. Turns out there was water intrusion that occurred via a window from the recent tropical storm Francis. Dave and his son did a timely and phenomenal job replacing the damage floors! My house looks just like it did (if not better) from when I first purchased the house. Dave is an honest, hardworking, and humble man and he is definitely my go-to guy for any hardwood floor needs.

He's as good as they get! He gave me an estimate and due to the nature of the project I was unable to hire him right away. 5 weeks later I acccually had him come and there ended up being more to the project than earlier thought. He still honored the original estimate. I love it, better than I could have expected! He's a true pro!

Great! Dave & Co did the original install over two years ago- they were prompt, efficient and courteous. They did a great job hands down. I had an issue recently with one of the bedroom floors near an exit. Nothing to do with Dave's install but he came out and took care of the issue himself and would not charge me! I thought those days were long gone but no! I could not ask for a better installation and company to work with.

Excellent job! The work went exactly as promised, very high quality and professionally executed. By buying the flooring from an online seller and having Dave install it, I saved a lot of money compared to working with a flooring retail store, which uses its own installers.

This man is very polite, professional and honest. I got three other quotes and Dave was very competitive. He arrived on time, was very respectful, cleaned up after himself and completed the project on time. A few months later I had a water leak and Dave came back and fixed the floor at a very cheap price. I would recommend him to my family, friends and anyone looking for good service from a good guy at an excellent price.

However, not for long: David Card and his dream team including son George and colleague Dennis set the tone from our first meeting. Professional, courteous and open to customer needs, Dave demonstrated excellent communication skills and listened attentively. Within minutes, he analyzed the situation and a solution was presented regarding the best water-resistant flooring material for my condo on the Ocean. Experienced in his business, Dave is familiar with the latest products and technologies on the market. Additionally he encouraged me to go to the wholesale showroom to preview the various options and purchase my selection. An optimal suggestion. Dave’s advice was spot-on! The removal of water damaged hardwood and installation of COREtec PLUS HD 6 ft planks in the master bedroom suite including bath & large walk-in closet and eat-in kitchen were strategically orchestrated.
