The location is a little out of the way on a frontage road, but when I found it, they were pleasant. The salesperson gave me a sample (3 ft board) and padding to take home (without my name or info) which I didn't return for almost 3 weeks and helped me select a different one to take home at that time. He told me about the quality of the laminate flooring they handle and about it being Wisconsin sourced. When the installer realized on day 2 of installation that they hadn't sold me enough boxes, Kris (installer) called the owner who agreed to provide 1/2 the extra needed boxes at no charge and half-the price for the others. <br />

They only sold us the flooring and separately someone else installed it. I didn't buy the installation from them but bought only the flooring from them. They had a great selection. Their prices were very good. They were very good at discussing the positives and negatives of different types of floor.

We were given a time frame that the wood would be available and it was available when they said it would be. The product is high quality and reasonably priced. They had other flooring (hardwood and laminates), but we liked the fact that the flooring we chose had a ceramic glazed finish which is supposed to be very durable. We also liked that the wood was harvested, milled and finished in Wisconsin.
