Flooring Expo

Had a great experience working with Joe at the Blaine location while looking for carpeting. Very personable with no pressure, felt like we were talking with a family member. We ended up not only with new carpeting but also new flooring! While we didn’t choose one of the colors/styles that they carry in their warehouse, it only took 6 days for them to receive it and installation was scheduled for the next day after that. The flooring and carpet installers were both very experienced and professional, made sure everything was to our satisfaction and cleaned up when they were done. Love my new floor! Great job by the installers-Jafar and crew of R and J Floors. Arrived early and finished the same day. Very nice, hard working crew who did a fabulous job. The sales experience had a few bumps but Anita was very helpful and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Only long term complaint is their requirement to pay in full before the work was even started. Felt like I was taking a chance every thing would be completed correctly but there were really no issues.

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received. The man that came out and did the measuring was super friendly and helpful, and willing to answer any questions, and the two guys that came out to install the carpet were so friendly, respectful of my property and cleaned up so beautifully before they left, that has never been my experience anywhere else!

Everyone at the warehouse in Blaine was super helpful and got me to product specific for my project. I highly recommend using them for any flooring need.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Flooring Expo! From picking out the flooring to the install - the experience has been outstanding! Jim was amazing with helping me to pick out the flooring and measuring and Jafar and his team did an excellent job with the install! I am absolutely in love with my new flooring!!
