We could not have been happier with the job that Floors Free did for us. Bryan encouraged us to have the flooring material sitting in our home at least two weeks prior to installation to assure it would have time to acclimatize to our humidity. He explained that to do the job properly, the kitchen and living room should remain vacant for at least 9 days. We therefore decided leave on vacation, and gave Floors Free access to our home to perform the work while we were away. We returned home to a hardwood floor that was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The stain that Emily suggested complemented the furnishings in our living room perfectly. We found the Floors Free workers and staff to be professional, skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, and eager to please. Despite my original concerns about having this work done while we were away, I would now not hesitate to have Floors Free perform additional work at our home during our absence.
