They were reasonably priced, but the quality of work and materials used were lacking.

Bathroom renovations are tricky and we chose to redo everything, even replace a tub with a shower. The place was more than 20 years old and desperately needed to look fresher. Every detail matters, materials, colors, size, position, everything can make a client feel unhappy or dissatisfied. Rafi and his crew were very professional and responsive during the entire process and did their best to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. You still have to check progress every day to catch any little deviations before they become big things, and once again I praise Rafi and crew for their quick responses to all of our questions, concerns and reasonable requests for changes. I was very please with the final result and I'd definitely hire them again.

The outcome was great! Rafael kept me informed of every step to be initiated. I opt for some upgrades that worked very well. Completion was done in a reasonably span of time and the team was thorough with cleanup.

It went great. I told the owner what I wanted the bathroom to look like and rolled with it. He made sure everything was quality material. His team is great. They are watched closely and they too are super friendly. They cleaned it all. My bathroom looks something in a hotel.

It went well. Very professional. I was able to add on a lot of minor tasks as the work was done as well as make selection changes on the fly and they were happy to accommodate me. They did a beautiful job and I would certainly recommend them to others. And their pricing was very reasonable!

This was a great experience! Rafi was the most responsive and had his team organized! the communication about what was going to happen and when was frequent and awesome. They were also very patient with us when we made a few changes, they said "no problem" to everything and took care of it! We need extra plumbing and it was arranged in a timely manner, and to top it all off I have never seen such great tiling work. Oh and price... lets just say it was the best price out there...and we got a lot of quotes

Professional, we would hire them again. Complied with building requirements. We did not have much time to see selection, but Rafael helped us select very nice tiles and quality fixtures, toilet, cabinet, glass door for shower, etc. Job was done as promised and work accomplished on time. Bathroom looks great!

We started out with a subpar, tiny bathroom space that turned into something magical. I harassed my husband unceasingly until he agreed to begin the project. He is usually uninterested in my design ideas but he was pleased from the initial meeting to the end of the project. I must say, he is not the easiest to please but he actually used the expression "wow" when it was finished. The lines are clean and the tile is unique and beautiful! After each job, they cleaned the area. I mean, they really cleaned so I did not have to go behind them. I am sincerely grateful for the care, time, and attention. I love my new bathroom! I couldn't be happier! Rafael and his crew provided me with a beautiful, quality bathroom at an affordable price. I emailed the company for a quote and I received a call from Rafael on the same day. Once he came out to review my house and go over the contract, we set a date for construction to begin. The project included some vanities, tiles and bathroom accessories I could choose from, but my heart was set on a granite top vanity to match the other bathrooms in my home. To my surprise, Rafael was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted. The company was very professional, kept you up to date with their progress and provided me with a quality product. I can't say thank you enough to Rafael for giving me such a great experience on my first remodeling project. We couldn't be happier with our updated bathroom or with the quality of service provided during the project. We set up an initial estimate online and Raphael came right on time. He was friendly and followed up quickly based on our discussion. The quote was lower in cost and duration than the others we received, and Kitchen & Bath Direct was the most thorough and responsive of all the companies. Once we decided to move forward with the company, work was scheduled quickly and Raphael was great about communication the whole time. Jose did most of the work over four days and was also friendly, professional, and skilled at his job. We honestly don't have a single critical thing to say about the experience. We hired Floors Kitchen Bath Direct for their affordable prices and the amount of work that was going to be done for that price. The cost was ALOT LESS EXPENSIVE and MORE WORK than another local remodeling company. The salesman was never pushy nor did he use sales tactics to get us to sign a contract. And just as their truck says, Floors Kitchen Bath Direct is reliable, responsible, honest, and professional in providing customer service. Our new kitchen looks amazing!!! The crew was always on time, polite and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Each day was exciting to see the progress of the project. The job was finished before the scheduled time and the guys always work with care and respect for our personal space. Outstanding , Very Professional, Attention to Detail. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a reasonable price to have our second bathroom remodeled/renovated, and looking to have it done soon. Saw a Facebook ad from Kitchen & Bath Direct where they were offering a special until the end of the year. Salesperson came out and evaluated/measured and gave us a quote on what we wanted.  Then the owner, Rafael, and one of his installers, Javier, came by to measure and sit with us to discuss the project.  There were things we wanted done that were above what their special offered.  They had no problem including additional things that we wanted (like adding a exhaust fan, tile in the tub area to the ceiling, new door, adding an access panel, raising the height of the shower head, etc.).  They said once we signed the contracts and provided the first deposit, they could schedule the work to start the following week.  They tore down to the studs, removed and disposed of everything in the bathroom (they took it with them and didn't even leave it with our trash pickup).  They put down runners to protect the floor and were very good about keeping things clean.  They kept in communications with us about what they suggested and worked with us to pick out cabinets, light fixtures, tile, wall color, etc.  They were very patient and went above and beyond what we had expected. Javier and Jose worked tirelessly for hours each day to get things done, even working for 12 hours on a Sunday since we were available, to get the bathroom done before Christmas.  The only real delays were because of items not arriving to the store for pickup when needed, and an ice storm on Saturday that caused them to not be able to make it to our house (driving from No. VA to Bowie, MD).   <br>For their discounted price, most of the fixtures and amenities came from Home Depot.  We didn't mind that  since this was our second bathroom, and we found they looked just as good as custom items that may come from contractors at a higher cost.   They are a flooring company, so their tiles are from their tile supplier.   <br>They came back after Christmas just to touch-up some and finish cleaning the driveway.   <br>We LOVED the final product!  The colors, items and style they suggested looked great!  We are completely satisfied with our bathroom and would use them again or recommend them without hesitation. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

They were very professional, polite, patient explaining in advance what they were going to do and they did.  The entire crew were very polite and professional in their work. I would use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Flooring Direct is and independent contractor hired for my kitchen reno by Sear Home improvement. There was a minor delay in the begining but they communicated with me what the issue was. The installer was very professional, stayed till work was completed, cleaned up. Recommend inefficiency with piping and corrected for reasonable price. Kudo: the counter top guys missed up and left me hanging. I was frantic, Sears Home Improve Customer Service was the worst (totallly opposite review there) but I called Rafael [Flooring Direct and he saved the day. He made a phone call and the other contractors returned and fix their work. Talk about value added service, Flooring Direct has been added to my referral list.

It went very the contractor addressed all our concerns immediately. They were puntucual and cleaned thoroughly daily. They were meticulous and answered any questions we had in a professional manner.

Very pleased with the work done by the crew. Work was completed in two days and did not damage cabinets or counter. Workers were respectful and cleaned up after better than it looked before! If I ever need any work done in the future they will be my first call. <br />

Awesome! I had carpet before but I contacted flooring direct and they responded quickly. I was given an accurate estimate and timeline for completion. Workers were polite and respectful of my mothers home. Work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
