In the beginning, Our passion grew out of the fact that slip-and-fall injuries were oftentimes devastating, life-changing events, particularly for our older and most vulnerable citizens. We discovered that there were simple and inexpensive steps that can be taken to reduce the likelihood of a devastating injury. This passion extended to the floor coverings and home improvements sector/industry for Louisvillian’s looking for attentive flooring solutions, home improvement service and good pricing without the swap meet/flea market “Sales Centered” approach that has become so pervasive throughout the industry. This practice in conjunction with our C2.A.R.E. Program Code of Conduct focusing on Craftsmanship, Quality and service allows our company to work with homeowners and consumers that want to treat us as guests in their homes. Today the BBB has determined that our business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. Although each customer/client has different needs we try to focus primarily on flooring Installation – hypoallergenic carpeting, hardwood, laminate, (100% Waterproof) luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tile. We also provide general contracting services including: Interior/Exterior Painting, Kitchen/ Bathroom Remodels, roofing (metal or shingle) and heavy duty Composite Decking.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], under no circumstances will you recieve further services for free. I suggest that you cease from manipulating the truth and facts of these matters and seek a solution with civility. Your false claims are what led to our handling of this matter in this way....victimhood over trifling issues and exacerbating them with these statements will NOT get the results that you seek. Additionally, these responses in a public forum are a DIRECT "breach" of the confidentiality agreement in the very contract that you've referenced. Unfortunately, this individual is misrepresenting the facts. I had to make the difficult decision to discontinue working for them due to their unreasonable demands. The customer refused to pay for the services I provided and is now attempting to manipulate me into providing additional work for free with this false review. As my other reviews show, I am dedicated to customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of my work. I encourage you to read my other reviews and please reach out to me with any questions"
