These guys were great! Prices was cheapest without sacrificing quality. Very professional, punctual, polite and went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed to take our dogs outside for bathroom breaks. Will definitely use again to replace the bedroom floors.

Carpet was removed & hardwood installed in living room,dining room ,hallway & stairs. Robert came out with samples & helped me in making a final decision on the flooring. The price was lower than other estimates I had gotten although that was not the deciding factor. The workers were professional & did a beautiful job on the floors. Thank you to all at Floor Zone!

The installers showed up on time and were fast, however, the work quality was terrible. We have large seams in our carpet and the hardwood floor has multiple gashes, dents, gaps, and is uneven. When they sent someone out to look at our floor, they only made the issues worse. The owner refuses to repair the damage. I would definitely stay away from this business, complete waste of money and overall traumatic experience.

They were a little delayed in showing up as the material they needed for the job was not ready for the crew, but they did show up and do the job. One man crew. He had a little problem moving the larger appliances, but I was there to help. The floor installation looks great and they replaced the shoe molding and did an excellent job of clean up and caulking.

We had an awful and quite traumatizing overall experience. We negotiated pricing swiftly right at the end of 2016 and had time scheduled for the job (installation of laminate flooring on the 1st floor of our home) early 2017. A 5 man crew was sent for the job the 1st week of January. By the end of the week we noted gaps between the floor and the wall in several areas, quarter round installed backwards to cover the fact that measurement had been done rushed and incredibly poorly, and details like the original covering for our cabinets in our kitchen had been thrown away. The complaint response was received well with attention paid immediately. Upon further investigation and pushing on our end, we learned the original job was done so poorly and demanded the entire floor job be redone which after insisting, it was, 100%. It took almost a full 2 and 1/2 weeks before a separate, competent, and experienced team was sent and the floor was redone. The second job was done to satisfaction for the most part. The company stopped then being responsive and refused to discuss price adjustment. I absolutely would not recommend.

All went well. We really like that Mark came to our home with samples. We had a discussion about what we were looking for and our wish list. Mark went to work with measurements and pricing. He gave us options and we made the decisions. As with any projects we had a minor glitch with not having the correct flooring at first but the situation was resolved and corrected in a professional way. No harm done. The end result is fabulous. Our home looks new again. Not old and tired. Thank You Mark and Floor Zone!

When they installed carpet they did not stretch it enough or use enough carpet and there are gaps where it connects to the other flooring. It was supposed to be corrected and has been going on for almost 3 months with no resolution. Finally, I heard back today from Guy their QC person to say he quit because his hand were always tied and being pulled into too many directions. So of course when I try to reach out to the company I can not get thru to anyone like always. AWFUL experience would NEVER recommend to anyone.

We had an old hardwood floor in our first floor and decided to replace it along with carpet in the family room. Floor Zone did the measurements and showed us samples and prices. They did the installation one week later .. it is beautiful. My wife also liked some luxury vinyl tiles and had them install it in kitchen and half bath instead of old vinyl floor. We used their 12 months same as cash deal, but we plan to pay it early before interest starts.

I saw their beautiful hardwood refinishing job at a friend's house so I called them to help with my bad hardwood. They advised me to replace it since it was engineered and had warped and crumbled very bad over the years. They showed me samples of laminate and hardwood. I liked their 12mm laminate which was very reasonably priced. Job came out perfect. Recommended.

I contacted them as a referral from a friend, they came next day and took measurements. Kevin was very helpful in advising material and service considering a rental property. I received their estimate next day and was amazed with the price. They did the job 2-3 days after and finished in 2 days only even sent a lady to clean the house (separate charge) to make it ready for rent again. Awesome.

<p>I had more than 2 estimates to remove old carpet and install engineered wood floor in the upper portion my house. These two estimates were much more than what I had expected. One of my friends introduced me to Floor Zone on Old Wake Forest Road. The price, per square foot, removal of old carpet and installation was much lower than what I was given before. Installation crew was very professional and the owner was at my house at least 2 time a day to make sure installation was going as planned. I am very pleased with the results and will highly recommend Floor Zone. </p>

The whole job was done in 2 days. They brought enough help and machines. Very friendly and professional. When we called them later to fix a baseboard that got some minor coloration they sent someone same day to repaint it.
